Was completely ignored by staff. Couldn't get waited on so we had to leave.

Could not get any service and just left after about 10 minutes of being ignored.

Always great pies, consistently awesome service. We love popping by for a couple pies whenever we swing through town.

Ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza with two dr peppers. The pizza was cold with a total of 8 pepperoni on it. If I wanted a cheese pizza I would of ordered that instead. Very bland, no flavor.

The new location is inside the old pizza hut in Covington. They kept the exact look from PH and honestly I do love that! The staff are very welcoming and make sure you're taken care of. I do highly recommend this establishment if you're in the area
Parking: Off street parking that is good sized even for large pickup trucks. (Mine is 35ft long still fit)

Spent 60$ between 1 pizza, 2 turnovers and a tip. Waited almost an hour for 3 items before it was delivered. Brought the food inside and the pizza was not only incorrect, but quite a mess. As you can see by the receipt I paid for the whole pizza to have pepperoni and only half pepperoni and sausage. I didn’t get that. It was half pepperoni and half sausage instead. And a lot of the toppings on one side of the pizza as you can see from the picture had slid all over the place (the pepperoni side), as if it was leaning on the way here. The turnovers I ordered were supposed to be large, but two of them fit in a relatively small box. So I paid for large turnovers and got small or regular ones. We typically order from Trani’s at least once a week. Unfortunately they were closed today and two of my kids are not fans of Luca’s, so we opted for Michael’s. I wasted 60$ on an order that took an hour, was not what I wanted and part of it was a mess. Won’t make that mistake again. We will just eat elsewhere on Tuesdays when other places we like are closed.

Thankful to find this delicious stop for a breve (half and half) latte for the hubs and me, and an Italian soda for our five year old. We were en route from Richmond, VA to Lousiville, KY, and about to stop in Charleston, WV for the night. Please stop here during your travels, and support local small business! Their espresso has been rated best in the state.
Kid-friendliness: Italian sodas made with fruit flavored syrups. Our son got mango and was very happy.

The food was just okay. Service was just okay. I came in for a to-go order which wasn’t ready. Another lady came in and no one could find her to-go order and she said she would never come back and walked out. The girl at the counter didn’t seem to care
