While traveling west on I64 we stopped for a quick lunch at the Taco Bell near the Covington exit. We both had the $7 Crave Box which was very good.

I’m from out of town and went through the drive through with my family. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with sauce on the side, then another chicken quesadilla with a soft taco supreme but the meal. My husband corrected me that I wanted a number 7. I then ordered a number 7. Got our food and had a hard taco (my 6 year old then informed us she had to go potty) I would have just pulled away and eaten it but decided to exchange it since I had to go in anyway.
I walked in with the taco and told them that I received a hard taco and I had ordered a soft taco supreme. Instead of having a conversation with me, the manager tells me “no you didn’t, I never heard that, neither did my coworker”.
I responded,” I ordered a soft taco supreme, I will pay the difference, I just want a soft taco supreme.”
I told the woman at the register I just wanted to pay the difference for the soft taco supreme. She said she didn’t know how to do that and we had to wait for someone to ring that up.
The manager then walks over 3 minutes later and taps the screen and walks away.
The woman at the register looked confused and told me “that will be 3 dollars” which was the full cost of the taco.
I said this is ridiculous, grabbed my hard taco and walked out the door.

I was willing to pay for what I had asked for originally, the manager was rude and argumentative. Very poor customer service.

Tried the new cheesey cantina chicken tacos , they were so burnt on the bottom you couldn't even chew it.
Service was fast thru the drive thru. Just need to watch the food quality especially since they jacked up the prices

Went in with a mobile order, took an additional 7-10 minutes. Staff was confused on how we got our drink and there were no napkins available. As far as the food it was subpar to say the least, but at least the substitutions were correct. Better then most Taco Bell’s I’ll say

My wife almost walked out. No one was at the counter. A sign on the far wall said to use the kiosks if no staff were available. We didn’t see it until after my wife called out, “Hello. Anyone there?” There were no patron, including drive through. Staff finally stuck their head around the corner and asked what we needed. When my wife said that we had hoped to eat there, they pointed to the sign. There was no offer to take our order. If the kiosks are mandatory, change the signage and cover the counter units. If they are not, retraining in customer service would be strongly recommended.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. My quesadillas for one were supposed to be strak and were just cheese. I found a short grey hair made into my food. I ordered cinnibons and they were still frozen in the middle. Lastly, the workers were rude and kept adding things to our order that we did not request. The only reason I do cut them some slack is we went there at midnight. And they forgot my side of sour cream.
