I have always ranked Arby's up there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and food quality. I stand by my comments. The only thing that I can say negatively is that not everyone's customer service skills are as good as others. Arby's needs to pinpoint those who need to work on their customer service and work on that with them. Food is always hot and delicious. Prices are slightly more than other places but well worth the extra money.

Love their roast beef with the Horsey Sauce on it. Crinkle fries was great. Ice tea a good choice for a drink
The young man who took my order had not gotten my food after 15 minutes. When I asked him about it, he apologized but continued to question the man who walked up while I had been waiting. The kids had their pizza out of the oven while I was still waiting. He gave me fish that had been redipped in grease and fries that were cold.

I bought the new chicken sandwich and it looked as if I had a two chicken nuggets on it , call to complain, the manager said well that's all we had it the hot box at the time , I said I bought two sandwiches and one was fir my supervisor and was not worth the money and I took pics , I told them what were they going to do to fix this , he said that all we have a hung up the phone
