My son and I was surprised when we walked in. Nice layout and bigger than expected. Friendly staff, service was great and the burgers and fries were excellent! I also had a mixed drink, and it was delicious!

What a pleasant surprise! We had brunch there today, and it was fantastic. The shrimp & grits are off the chain, large portions, reasonably priced. Full bar and outdoor dining are a plus. We will be returning.

We have stopped at this location to eat for the last 25 years as we travel through. The new Backroads Bar& Grill was great. It was a Sunday mid afternoon. Wonderful fresh salad. The burger was so tasty with a grilled bun. And the lemon pepper wings were some of the best! Our server B was very attentive and pleasant. We'll look forward to our next travel from the sea to the mountains.
Hungry traveling through do yourself a favor... STOP💜😋

The name of this restaurant should be 'Backwards' Bar and Grill. We were excited to try a new place and new food but did not have the opportunity. When we arrived, the restaurant was 25% full and it was clear that the other customers had eaten and were waiting for their checks. It took in excess of 10 minutes for our table of 4 to order and receive terrible drinks (to be fair the draft beer was ok). We waited an additional 30 minutes to hear from anyone! When a group 6 arrived and was attended to promptly, it was our que to settle up and leave. Only then did a staffer approach us with an apology that they were 'busy.' It's unfortunate that with four staff working the front of the house two exiting and two new tables would overwhelm their abilities.

My family had the best time! The wings were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and the service was top-notch! Kissy and T were fantastic, they made us feel right at home and even shared some awesome local tips. Huge thanks for the warm welcome to Crewe – we can't wait to come back!

I went there to celebrate one of my friends birthdays and it was actually my first time there since the grand opening. I was very impressed as I hadn’t been there since it was “Todd’s Place” years ago. We sat out on the patio and our sever her name was Krissy I think was absolutely the best. She was very attentive and made sure every need was met. Our food came out in a timely manner. I had the fried catfish with the fries and coleslaw.
Kudos to the cook Johnny Jones I think is name excellent job I’ll call before I come next time so you can go a little easier on the pepper(insider for Johnny he’ll know)😊♥️‼️ 10/10

All I can tell you is on google maps. It says it's open. I'm here at 1:20 PM on Sunday and they are locked up close! FIX your hours!!

While we were on the road, we stopped here for lunch. Waitress seemed to be having a bad day, looked like she might have been running the place all by herself. Long wait for the food. When we got our food it was pretty bad. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo . It came in a bowl, and it literally looked like soup. The sauce was as thin as water. The broccoli was basically raw but the grilled chicken they plopped on the top of the fettuccine soup was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered a well done steak. It was burned.

Owners are awful. Kitchen is dirty. Owner refuses to hire a dishwasher. A/c is broken. Really needs a visit from the health inspector. Dishes are not washed correctly just rinsed off. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK.

Our first time at this restaurant and we were so impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and the food! We highly recommend the flatbreads, burgers, tacos, and wings!

Amazing food! The service is spectacular! Each bite is flavorful and savory. Portions are amazing in size and even better in taste. Affordable and they are very accommodating and amazing.
