It was lunch time on Sunday. We went through the drive thru, ordered, payed at the window, waited a bit and then was told to pull up, the food wasn't ready, so we waited some more. We were expecting hot food after all the waiting, No. Fries were cold and limp, hot dogs were cold. Food isn't cheap anymore and you would expect the food to be good. Is that too much to ask for? It's a shame Yoder’s was closed, their food is always great.

Stopped here for a quick bite, I chose the chicken tenders with a BBQ sauce. They were very good, the chicken was cooked just right and moist and not dried out. I also had an apple turnover, again very good

Doesn’t even deserve a star, the employees have the worst attitude and are disrespectful. They don’t care at all, I have never seen such bad service in my life. I was also charged for the wrong meal. I ordered one cheeseburger and then was charged for two spicy chicken sandwiches. I wasn’t refunded, just handed two cheeseburgers with no apology.

Lady at the window was incredibly rude. I ask for the sauce that went with my meal and she immediately rolled her eyes at me and sighed. I will not be returning. This is the forth time I have gone and was treated poorly.

It had been awhile since I've stopped for fast food. My wife and I took a road trip, and we're delighted that we passed by this Hardee's. We turned around, grabbed some dinner and ate in the parking lot. The staff was courteous, the food was prepared quickly, and tasted great. We enjoyed the relaxation watching the local train yard while we ate.
Went through the drive-tru and the worker in side was to lazy to even try to hand the food and change out of the window. I had to reach in to their windows. The customer service is lacking. The food was great.

This location was dirty. Floors and tables had not been cleaned. All trash cans full. Ladies rest room out of order. Did not have onions for my hot dogs. Would never stop at this Hardees again.

Spent over 60 tonight for my family. Went through the drive-thru. Usually the food is good tonight however a severely different story. After waiting nearly 30 min cold fries and my frisco burger half raw. They may be a few blocks from me but I will never reccomend even going here after 5pm. The quality goes down massively

Me and my mother just came at Crewe, Virginia, to bring back my older brother's French Bulldog by the convenience store near Sundae's Restaurant, so we get here to get me some food but the workers are not cooking anymore cause they closed the fast food place almost at 10 PM.🌙🕙
