Older lady was very rude and had a very smart mouth when I was trying to get my order corrected. She then snatches the receipt out of my had when i showed her the mistakes that her workers made. Only reason I come here is for my dad and son. Other than that I will never order from here

The staff on the speaker was rude. Later, I went back to let her or a manager know; the manager said it was the owner. I was and still am shocked if the owner of an establishment speaks in a tone such as hers, but then again I was in that demographical area; the manager was also very nonchalant and dismissive, and I see from the comments, I'm not alone in my observations, especially speaking as a black person...And for the owner, everybody does not include chili for free on a hot dog, maybe it'd be different if it was a chili dog, so your condescending reply to asking if the chili had a charge, was very unnecessary. Plus, I'm not from the area and have never been to the location since it's been Sundaes. I'm still in shock. Maybe the manager was mistaken, but he probably had the demeanor she exhibits to certain customers as well and it's acceptable there. I was referred there but the hot dog and fries was meh...nothing different or special at all. The iced tea was good. š¤·š¾āāļø This was on January 28, 2026, not crowded, Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. I went back around 6:15 p.m. to speak with a manager before doing a review.

I just went through the drive-thru & their associate aggressively said what do you want? Go ahead & orderā¦I said excuse me, the associate then said ORDER YOUR FOOD.. I pulled out of drive-thru & went inside, the associate then repeated exactly what she said as she went to get her manager and the manager took the disrespect as a joke. This was not you alls service before please correct this in the new year! Please and Thank you

Five stars, no question. Sundaeās in Crewe, Virginia is serving up some of the best ice cream around, and the only real danger is eating it too fast. I made that mistake and nearly joined the Santa statue out front in a moment of shared brain freeze solidarity. That old-school Electro Freeze machine looks like it has been faithfully churning since the dawn of ice cream, or at least since Elvis was still touring, and whatever magic lives inside it absolutely works. The ice cream is ridiculously creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor. Whether you go for a shake, a malt, a sundae, a Blizzard-style treat, or whatever frozen happiness you choose, you really cannot miss. Everything comes out cold, thick, and exactly how ice cream should be. Watching other orders go by, the burgers and fries looked pretty fantastic too, which makes this place dangerous in the best possible way. Classic vibe, excellent treats, and a very real risk of brain freeze if you get overconfident. Worth it every time.

Several interactions came across as subtly judgmental, and at times I felt we were being treated differently from the surrounding guests. Whether intentional or not, it made the entire visit uncomfortable. A restaurant should make all customers feel welcome, and unfortunately, that wasnāt the case here.

Typical fast food stop, a favorite for our 300+ miles caravaning to the Shenandoah mountains. Yes, the food is great. I tested a fish sandwich and was thoroughly impressed. Hard to choose from their large variety of ice cream desserts! No waiting for seating, just a shourt wait for your order to be ready. One of our keepers for traveling through!

We stopped on our way taking our grandkids back home in Meherrin. I think this place use to be a a Tasti- Freeze. Soft serve was good. Plan on stopping more often now we have been there once. I hope the food is good.
I came for a Root Beer Float but they don't have Root Beer so I got Dr Pepper Float. It was great! Pumpkin spice cool latte is what I got today and it's definitely a winner š

The staff was very unfriendly, looked at me like I was an alien and not a customer. I had to ask which register she wanted to take my order from. She didnāt know what came on the cheese burger.
It was unfortunate that I had just set out our food to eat when my 4 year old grandson had to use the bathroom right away. I packed our food back on the tray and asked her if she could put it behind the counter until we came back? The bathroom is outside at the rear of the restaurant.. came back and my tray was right there on the counter where customers are ordering.
Anyone could have sneezed or what ever into our food.
The cheese burger was the worst Iāve ever had. McDonaldās is better. Hot dog has a different kind of taste.
The onion rings were Outstanding ā¼ļøš©· the best Iāve had in a long time!!!
They did give us a coupon for a free small cone for my grandson. Ice cream is good.
