It’s a shame that it’s no longer up. They had some pretty ok food and the price was great! I hope they recover and rebuild.

Great food, the fries are one of the best in Culpeper. It is a pity they closed because of a fire.

Their good was good southern loveliness but unfortunately a neighboring building had a fire and it is closed. I hope they come back.

I'm so sorry to hear about the fire. I hope you're eventually able to rebuild and come out of it even better

Husband & I stopped in on our way home on a Sunday from Madison Heights. Greeted by a nice young woman and a sweet older lady. I ordered country ham & got hubby a hotdog. We both sat at picnic table & loved the food. I went back in and ordered a BLT to go. I asked to pack it separately & no Mayo as we had hours still to go-No Problem! It was packed perfectly and I enjoyed my sandwich when I got home. Love this place!Parking: Easy to park close to the front of the place.

I will not trash this place but I'm wondering what's going on. Burger and fries were good. I feel like I'm in a place that is now owned by people that have not lived in the area. Lots of fish special signs. Just don't know... It's different???

I love Alex, because he's a good person but they didn't have any chicken wings but had plenty of gravy and no potatoes ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Bought fried oysters from here. Was not overwhelmed with them. Expected better from reading the reviews.

Really good burgers, hot dogs and fries. The shakes were also delicious. I would recommend this place over any other similarly priced options in the area. Color Us Impressed: the wife and I did not put it together until afterwards that it was owned and operated by a human baby named Jim. Worth checking out for sure!

Delicious bone-in pork chop sandwich and vanilla shake. Didn't break the bank either. Parking a lil tight but could always park on side street and short walk.

Just stopped by for the first time, we were looking for something different and have driven by it for years. We were pleasantly surprised and found a new favorite! One meal was meatloaf with Mac & cheese and baked apples, another was 2 pieces of fried chicken with fries and both meals came with a drink. We walked out the door spending $20 and both have some leftover for later. The fried chicken was moist and seasoned, and the meatloaf delicious. The lady helping us was so friendly, we will definitely be going back!

Baby Jim's and Culpeper go hand in hand, Since 1947 they've been a landmark in Culpeper and are still going strong 75 years later with loyal customer support. Great food by the way!
