cookies for my MIL’s memorial service ice cream social reception. Everyone RAVED about them and there was not a single cookie left. Most thought they were too special to eat! They were significant song lyrics and places of the deceased and very sentimental. Everyone asked me who did them and were just awestruck by how special and beautiful they were. They added so much to the celebration of life. Thanks for your creativity and hard work Bailey!

Such a cute location! And the cookie specialist was so warm and knowledgeable! I wish I took pictures of the cookies before my boyfriend and I inhaled them. They were perfectly soft and flavorful. Not full of grease and doughy like some mainstream/chain cookie stores. Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat if you’re in the Town of Culpeper!

Walking into this cookie bar felt like stepping into my mom’s kitchen; the comforting aroma of freshly baked cookies immediately enveloped me. The atmosphere was incredibly cute and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and indulge.
Bailey and the team were nice and friendly, adding to the positive experience. We sampled several flavors: chocolate chip, snickerdoodle with cookie butter, fruity pebbles, and peanut butter chocolate chip. Each cookie was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly baked.
What I absolutely love about this place is the price—such amazing treats at a great value. I can't wait to visit again and try more flavors!

This is a beautiful little shop in downtown culpepper. She makes specialty iced cookies each month. Also has huge cookies available daily. She sometimes has specialty baked goodies like brownies and cookies to dip in icing.

If you haven’t been to Bailey’s Cookie Bar, do yourself and favor and fix that. These are the best cookies around. So much tastier than that chain people seem to love. Tastier, better price and better size. The shop itself is a vibe and she’s always got good music playing while they work. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have ordered large quantities for parties and custom cookies for events. Bailey never fails and the cookies are always a hit. Always my favorite treat throughout the week or to share with friends.

The cookies are DELICIOUS, but they’re also beautiful! Almost too pretty to eat, almost? She did a custom set for my husbands birthday of all of his favorite things, and eclectic hardly covers it, but she knocked it out of the park! Cannot wait to order from her again, and can’t recommend her enough! ♥️

I highly recommend Bailey’s! I was hosting a baby shower themed, Baby It’s Cold Outside. I showed her the banner and decorations which included trees and polar bears and left the cookie designs up to her. I ordered 3 dozen cookies and wish I had purchased more. They were absolutely beautiful and so delicious!!!! Everyone raved about them. I will definitely be a returning customer!!
