We took the tour which is free and really enjoyed it. The lady giving the tour was so knowledgeable and friendly. The best part was meeting Chuck!!!. Such a down to earth guy and was so friendly and stopped to talk to us and take photos. The farm and the grounds are so beautiful.

We have been meaning to stop here many many times and finale just made it a planned destination. Such friendly staff and lovely spirits. We shared our pour to maximize samples and landed in a really nice Kopler Kettle Straight Bourbon and a Butterscotch Moonshine. The Butter Beer was divine .

After watching Moonshiners since the first season, and coming from California, we couldn't drive through Culpeper and not stop!The staff here are absolutely the best! We didn't have time to taste anything because we were just driving through. The girls were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They showed us around the distillery and even helped us figure out what products would be able to fly home. We were so glad we stopped!

Lovely experience and surprisingly incredible bourbon. The woman working was amazing. She knew the product so well and made the tasting fun. Great outside space to enjoy the tasting. She also recommended a couple things on our way to Charlottesville that were good finds (Barbourville Winery and the Rock's estate)

Wonderful small distillery. Super friendly staff and their spirits are surprisingly delicious, particularly the bourbons. Nice shaded tasting area and open field with stage for kids to run around if needed. If you are visiting Lake Anna there is no excuse not to come. And the tour... Do it. These folks predate Prohibition.

Wonderful experience visiting Belmont Distillery. It was a gorgeous day and the farm was beautiful and so well maintained. Sheryl greeted us and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Not just about the products but about the farm and the entire area too. We sat outside with our moon shine tasting and enjoyed the nice weather and lovely surroundings. Sheryl was very attentive and we truly enjoyed talking with her. We will definitely return and recommend this place to our friends.

jus waste of time and an absolute rip off Def don't visit or work there it's really sad how different it is from TV that be the only reason I would advise anyone go there is to see how fake TV really is other then that it's 5$ for a half Oz pour that's ridiculous so yea don't waste ur time way better distilleries and tasting rooms in va

I drink. A lot. Daily. Yesterday evening I bought a bottle of this distillery’s whiskey, the bonded bourbon. I made an Old Fashioned for my cousin and myself last night. As two seasoned alcoholics a few beers and a double hundred proof cocktail is the usual, if not lighter side of the drinking program for a Tuesday evening. We both had low key headaches all damn day. Being a diligent researcher I ended my day of farming and made a second Old Fashioned to kick off my liver pulverizing for this fine Wednesday eve. Low and behold my headache did not diminish with the application of further libations. It, in fact, increased.My habits changed only in the selection of bourbon. Not by quantity or timeframe. I can only conclude there is something amiss with this brand.
