Absolutely trash service this evening. Bartender can’t make a Long Island which is FINE! Like I get it not everybody has every drink mastered but to say I have to still pay for the drink we didn’t drink and not offer a substitute or refund is awful. Manager was rude and didn’t care about retaining customers. Contacted corporate as well as visa to report for fraudulent charges. I’ve been to other locations and they’re way better than this.
BDubs is always a fun place to meet friends and I recommend trying some of the new delicious menu items. Kitchen and staff do a fine job.
