Trey is an absolute doll! We love coming here for the food, but his outgoing and bubbly personality makes the atmosphere that much better! Food is ALWAYS on point when he’s our server. He’s always in the best mood and does such a good job keeping his energy high!

The waitress ignored us and paid attention to other tables that came in after us they got their food and ordered before we did she visit our table like maybe five times in total and we only refilled our drinks once our food came out like an hour later it took us 20 minutes to order 20 minutes to order our drinks on top of that too and the waitress only paid attention to other tables and never came to ours at it on we were never told there was automatic gratuity for parties over six

Ordered four meals by phone for pick up. Person who answered the phone sounded as if taking my order was an inconvenience. Then when we picked it up they handed us our bags and disappeared to the back not informing me that I was responsible for getting my own drinks. No cups were provided to let me know that. I asked a server where do I get my drinks. They told me I had to get my own drinks. No drink holders either. Got back to my house in Rixeyville only to find no ranch or blue cheese sauces. When I called they explained they were sorry and do I want to come pick it up. Explained that we just paid 90$ for four meals and that part of our order was missing and the customer service that occurred when we picked up our meals was pathetic! We will never go back to this place. Poor customer service and lack of management. Hope this is a warning to anyone thinking of eating at this place. As for the food… traditional wings were over fried, hard and tough. Terrible. Boneless chicken wings were tough as hockey pucks. Terrible. French fries were soggy.

I already filled out a review yesterday online by scanning your qr code that was taped to the table. And described how bad the service was and how we were pushed to leave by your General Manager because we said that we didn't get our side of fries and the carrots and celery that we asked for when we placed our order of 30 wings and burgers.

Service was absolutely terrible. Got seated right away. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Took over 30 minutes to get that and another 20 minutes to get silverware. Margarita was disgusting . When we got our food, we had to ask twice for napkins. Our checks were all wrong, mind you it was only a table of 6 people, which the checks and boxes took over 20 minutes to get. And all the servers were looking at us like we’re crazy because we were so annoyed and over it at this point. There’s a reason why I haven’t been there in two years

Really looking forward to going today but the Traditional wings were very over cooked so dry! Maybe even cooked yesterday and reheated today. Our poor waitress was overworked and busy.
This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Everything was fine until our order came out and it was incorrect, so we sent it back which was no big deal it happens, but they served everyone else including the people who just came in before we even got ours fixed we waited an hour. Then our server as she’s walking past said they were saucing our wings now…..once again we waited 20 minutes while watching her just standing on her phone. Once we finally got our correct order it wasn’t hot it was room temperature like it had been sitting. We immediately asked for the check very upset clearly shown. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will drive further to another location and will NEVER come back to this one.

Came after 6 pm on Friday, Husband and I both ordered wings of assorted flavors. They were good, cooked through perfectly and good flavor. Our waitress was a lady named Holly and she was fast, friendly and helped with picking flavors. She came back twice to check on food and beverages. Asked if we needed any extra napkins and made sure we had wipes. As a former server I can say she could not have been better. Friendly good servers are hard to find anymore and I wanted to say thank you!

Heard things had gotten better at this location...NOPE!!! Wings were overcooked, and the food took forever to come out of the kitchen. I could understand being slow if they were busy, only 3 other tables and 2 of them already had their food.

Waited over 45 minutes for our wings. My friend got the unlimited wings and finished his first 10 and ordered the next 6 which took over 30 minutes to get to him. Wings were barely over room temperature so it's not like we were waiting for fresh wings to be cooked. No apologies or check in from the waitress the whole time. Bad experience. I love other locations. This one was not a great experience.
