Walked in with a group of three people and asked to sit wherever, ordered food then proceeded to wait an 1 1/2 for the food with no updates or anything from our server. Tried to grab the servers attention and was ignored. Finally got our food and fries were cold and burger was burnt. I would’ve asked for them to make it again but didn’t want to wait another 2 hours. Horrible service, if you want bdubs that bad go to Gainesville.

Whoever the manager is here is god awful at the respect of their customers. Was told there is nothing they could do to trade out a sauce mistake on 10 wings unless I ordered another 10. Literally chose to take away hundreds of dollars of business that my family provides there to avoid taking a $15 hit. No concept of buisness at all.

The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Went the other day for an event and establishment couldn’t handle the people and the service was horrible. They were pushing us out of restaurant when people still hadn’t received there food and were getting the bill for it. Poor management and waiting staff.

Ordered my items on the app. Was told 30 minutes. Went to store. Not ready. Was told another 15 minutes.. I waited 20 went back in waited another 15 min in a line because not one person worried about the people in line. I stopped a server and asked her can you please get someone up here... She kept walking and said we are busy it's 45 min wait and walked away. Idk whom the manager is but you are lacking in training for good customer service. As a server for 30 plus years I know how to treat people. This is NOT the way. So extremely disappointed.

We took a party of 9 to this location this past weekend after a youth sporting event. Our waitress disappeared after taking our food order and we didn't get any part of our order delivered to our table for 90 minutes. And then it was only part of our order and members of our party still hadn't gotten their food after some of us were finished with our orders. We couldn't seem to track down anyone who could help us or answer any questions. After over two hours of not getting all of the items we ordered, I had to go track down someone who could let me pay my bill. The server I eventually found took me to a register and punched in everything that my part of our group had ordered and it came out to $67.04. I just checked my credit card statement and I was billed double that amount. Not only was this the worse service I have ever had, the food was horrible and then I got double billed on top of it all.

I ordered my food at 1:31pm. It is now 4:00pm and my food is still not ready to leave the store. The delivery service is upset with me because my order was delayed 45minutes. The driver was expecting me to pay extra for the wait. I already tipped $4.00. The order wasn't huge so it makes little sense as to why it takes over two hours to make 20 wings one side and 4 dips. Now our lunch is dinner.

I’ve always had a good experience with quality hot food when I go inside and eat, however, door dashing is an entirely different story! Being allergic to certain products and doing my job and noting that on the order, but getting that product on my order three out of the last five orders is insane considering the prices these days! Just to get a coupon, I added a brownie as a treat for my son only for it to be left out and I was told I needed to call the restaurant which I did. I was told no problem. Just let the manager know the next time you come in and they will give you a brownie! She seemed so cheerful and positive yet I question that as I explained to her I DoorDash and I don’t order often. I asked for a name. I asked her if she was going to let them know my name since it would be a while until I went to eat there, but I got nothing so I was very skeptical when I asked that it be honored during my most recent order just to be told no and every time I explain the situation I was ignored! Their food is not that good to pay the money you pay to get your order wrong and missing and not be made right! Wingstop here I come! In this economy, you’re willing to lose a customer over a $2.99 brownie! It’s about the principal. It should’ve been noted as I requested instead of doubt it as if I’m trying to get something for free that I literally already paid for and have yet to be received!

The restaurant was pretty empty. We asked to sit outside. The outside seating was filthy. There was bird crap all over everything, the tables, chairs, tvs, floors, etc. It was disgusting. We waited over 10 minutes, and no one came out to take our order. My suggestion is don't eat here if they can't keep their restaurant clean then just imagine how clean the kitchen is. Terrible service. We left.

Went here for dinner, So I thought we were going to get dinner. Went inside the host greeted us said sit where you like. I said can we sit outside she said sure. Went outside and waited 15 minutes. I watched other people inside getting sitted and waited on but not us. I thought welp time to go. So we left. Never coming back here again. Very disappointed.

I remember coming in on a super slow Saturday & Tavon busting out the Nintendo switch with the 4 remote controllers and we had a ball acting like our teenage self’s! He is truly a one of a kind of man…I will miss the laughs, talks & most importantly your hugs….I hope your next journey in this industry I can get the pleasure of visiting…XoXo
