Worst service ever. Had to pull over in the drive thru line brought the wrong order came back empty handed. Came back again with a partially correct order I ordered a whopper with cheese. Got a whopper covered in mayo and ketchup on. My husband got an Impossible burger with cheese but it had no cheese. Take make matters worse there was only 1 car in front of us and an empty lobby how do you mess up that bad.

Damn. About 12min for a simple order. Not a single word spoken at the window when handing or receiving my card, where I sat for all of those. NO STRAW and the sprite tastes like poop. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

This Burger King always has the freshest (hot) Whoppers😋. I generally try to avoid fast food, but this is my one weakness. And I justify it because it's fresh grilled with lots of tomato, lettuce, and pickles (with no cheese)👍
Ordered through drive thru. A gentleman started to take my order. Got half way done. Then a woman comes on and tells me my total. I told her I was not done ordering. Then another woman comes on and asks for my order. I asked if she already had the first part of my order that I already gave. She said no. Had to start over. Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.

I haven't been since I left as assistant manager but my son wanted it , waited a long time , food was cold but because my son is young he don't mind . I won't go back .

By far the dirtiest, rudest, unprofessional manager I have ever seen! This experience today was so bad that something needs to be done asap! I am with the Chamber of Commerce and to be treated worst than a inmate was just shocking! Burger King especially this one has gone downhill and I will make sure that the city of Culpeper hears about this!!
