I have ordered twice an original chicken sandwich on a sesame bun and twice I’ve received the other chicken sandwich that is the on the long bun . It’s ridiculous that they can’t get these orders right nor understand what order you’re ordering. They don’t even try to communicate with you to make sure that they get the order correct. They don’t go over the order with you either. They don’t even ask you if you need sauce or any condiments either. Very poor service and very disappointing.

Our fries were soggy, and we ended up with two containers that were half fries and half onion rings, like onion rings on the bottom and fries on top. Not sure if that was intentional. Both of our sodas tasted watered down. The service was slow, but I understand it’s the after-school rush, which happens. Still, having a better plan for that busy time would really help. I’d prefer you take your time and get my order right rather than rush and not deliver what I’m paying for. The man who served us at the window was very kind, he seemed like the manager. He was polite and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated.

I had done drive through and got a whopper with bacon, fries and a strawberry lemonade. The food was pretty good, it was a bit surprised because the fries were hot which isn’t always a guarantee. However the fries had a different taste to like it was cooked in used oil, so there was that. The strawberry lemonade, however if you don’t have a sweet tooth, it might be a bit sweet for you.

I’ve loved Burger King since I was a child going there with my grandma. It honestly has a soft spot in my heart; so it also breaks my heart to say this Culpeper location Burger King is the absolute WORST I have ever been too! Specifically because of the manager and specific employees. Treated me like they were mad at me for absolutely no reason. Miserable GM was just gross with his attitude. I genuinely felt attacked. Will never go back to the Culpeper location again! Any other BK around I will go to with no problem! Just this location is terrible! Dont go!!!
