The food is great, especially the brisket...but their hours of operation seem to be a mystery, even to the management. Sign at the door (and online) indicates their hours on Saturday are 12 to 9pm...it's now 3pm Saturday and the place is locked up tight. This is the third visit to this establishment within the past three weeks with similar results. Guess I'm getting tired of playing peek a boo!

It's a small little place, but the pulled pork and pulled brisket was DELICIOUS. Id recommend using a ton of the BBQ sauce- but it has a touch of heat too. We will be back here for barbeque soon!

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Absolutely incredible customer service and delicious food. The experience with them was great from the very beginning as we were planning ahead to feed a large group. They were helpful, responsive, and generally made everything as easy as possible for us. The online invoicing and payment process was smooth.
Delivery was on time and the food was packaged in a way that was easy to carry and kept everything the correct temperature. The pulled pork and brisket was absolutely delicious, everyone in our party was pleased. Hands down recommend for any event or meal! ? In a world where many businesses have forgotten customer service, it was a joy to work with a business that treats it's customers so well!

Back when this place operated out of a food truck, I don't think I ever had a better BBQ beef sandwich. We recently had a big family gathering and pre-ordered a bit of everything on the menu. They got the day wrong so when we got there there was a half hour scramble to put an order together. Very disappointed. ALL items were dry and tough. Meat was so smoky, the house smelled of it days later. Also, zero parking at Main St. Culpeper.
