3rd time at this location and it is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited Stopped today, purchased 2 large diet cokes and left. Nasty taste. I Stopped at the 7 eleven in town and threw them away and had to purchase 2 bottle sodas. Wasted $7.00 and will never go back to this location.

I was vey unhappy when I didn’t receive the fries I had ordered when it wasn’t busy. They should be double checking to make sure this doesn’t happen I shouldn’t have to check that my order is correct especially if it’s not busy.

They randomly comped our order 50% off because my kids said please and thank you!!! The manager said since everyone is so pleasant today let me go ahead and treat you guys!!!!!!! Stellar service with smile .... 3 thumbs uo
If you've eaten at any Chic-fil-A you already know how good they are. Even when crowded the service is fast and they have the most polite employee's you can find anywhere.
Vegetarian options: The side salad I get instead of waffle fries is the bomb!
Parking: Parking is avaible and the drive thru is streamlined and very efficient.
I am new to this area. Came to this Chick-fil-A walked to the cash register, and the young lady just looked at me and waited for me to say something. I thought this was very rude. First time ever dealing with this coming to an establishment of this magnitude. That’s the main reason I come is for the service and Generosity An atmosphere. The food was fresh overall it was a good experience, but that was a turn off to the establishment

Kid-friendliness: We went to the Culpeper Chick-Fil-A specifically so our sons could play on the indoor playground. But we were a bit disappointed when one of the employees told us that it was closed for cleaning. Our sons had run in there to play already so they were disappointed to have to leave. But we were shocked when they offered free ice cream cones to all of us while they waited for the play area to be cleaned. They didn’t have to give that, the area has to be cleaned sometimes and they had posted that it was closed on the door, we just didn’t see the sign. I was blown away by their generosity and kindness! Our server, Raquel went far beyond expected helpfulness and service to ensure our boys had a very memorable visit. She also brought out the kid place mats for our sons to look at while they were waiting for the food. The food arrived so quickly but her kindness to our sons beyond what we had even expected was so memorable. I haven’t been to a restaurant that was so thoughtful to the mom trying to care for and help 4 hungry, and a bit too impatient sons! Raquel has been such a blessing to our family! Thank you Chick-Fil-A and Raquel for your care for kids, their mom, and going way beyond politeness and courtesy to be generous too! I highly recommend the Culpeper Chick-Fil-A!
