Was not busy.had to wait to be seated no greeter at front of restaurant.Beer was flat .Food was alright. Had to pay my check with self service check out and they still want a tip.What a joke.
It has been a nice restaurant, unfortunately this time was not that good, the service was very poor and the food took a long time, besides, I asked for something specific and came wrong, instead of fixing it, it was never brought back, I didn’t complain I left a normal tip and left, as well on my way out all the employees were gathering at the door an it was very difficult to get out, they kept on talking and ignored my wife and I.

I had the wet ribs with honey barbecue. It was hot an made perfectly. The south style Macrooni was also melt in your mouth great.

Food is just ok
We went out for a little birthday celebration for my girlfriend tonight. It was casual. The staff was super congenial. We were probably the oldest people there. However, everyone we saw of whatever age from the servers and the patrons across the whole group were very much enjoying themselve. We enjoyed them as well. Kudos for the camaraderie and atmosphere. I'm a picky dude + wasn't sure about the choices there. But my date and myself got various things. They were delicious. My girl got stuck a little bit better than mine. The potato whatever they do with that, shit! It was great. It was a symbiosis of staff, customers, and their delicious treats. Made it a very enjoyable evening. Thanks to everybody there! I recommend and suggest being open to fellow patrons and staff. Quite worthwhile.
Horrible experience. The waitress was disrespectful and did not care what so ever that we waited over an hr to receive our food! The bar, the kitchen and the new hostees was unbelievable and did an amazing job! When we spoke to the manager on duty she gave no Fs to what we had to say! She just kept agreeing to what we had to say to just turn to the employees on duty talking and complaining about what we just talked to her about! Very unprofessional and we were very disappointed for a small family! We paid for our meal that we didn't eat and processed to leave!
AWFUL! ! I called in an order to pickup. The woman who answered was RUDE!! I do not go to Chilis often so I’m not sure of the menu. When I asked her about menu options she got very aggravated to say the least!! AWFUL experience!! I was trying to get a nice Birthday dinner for my husband! Stay away from this place! Very UNHAPPY employees! I give a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!
Also apparently it is not acceptable to say medium well or well done. It’s PINK OR NOT PINK!!!
Service is always good and the food is always good.
I guess I don't remember when Chilis became a $20 a plate restaurant, but here we are. Food was good. Not sure it is worth the cost, but I suppose that's every restaurant these days. Would have appreciated the $7 chips and salsa not being all chip crumbs, but the service was excellent. Won't be going back, but that's because I'm cheap and prefer to eat at home. ✌🏼

Visited this location on a Sunday late afternoon. We have visited this location a few times in the past. Always pleased with the food and service here. We got chips and salsa for an app, salsa tasted good and chips were fresh. I ordered the double bacon ranch burger. It was hot, juicy and delicious. I appreciate it since some other chilis locations seem to overcook it, leaving it dry. Server was great but unfortunately don’t remember her name.
Did I mention the 20oz drafts? Oh boy are they lovely. Throw in some Tex-Mex egg rolls (I know, weird, but man those things were good!), and potato soup to dip them in (it was cold outside and I’m a freak in the kitchen). Did I mention the beer? 🍻 Might have had something to do with the egg roll dipping.
But here’s where it went off the rails… my cup of potato soup was almost a bowl, and there were more egg rolls than I’ve ever been served at once. Not to mention the 20oz beer. Because of this, when my burger came, I was nurturing a full stomach. But I managed to choke that bad boy down. After all, I eat some things for the shape, not the taste.
Service was outstanding, the manager came up and greeted me, and everyone working there was friendly and full of smiles. The pace was super clean too (yes, even the toilets - well, the men’s room anyway).
From this point forward, i will never go here as a customer again. Accepted an order at 9:26p.m. and arrived about 10 mins later to pick up a larger order for a customer. had my drivers license in hand and showed the employee the order info on my phone and i was told that they didnt have an order for the customer. i called the customer to inform them of this, and then staff claimed someone else, a dasher, had picked it up already. i was speaking with the customers husband who told his wife, the one who placed the order a few minutes before 9:00p.m., who wasnt happy about spending $140.00 and not receiving their order, nor was there any notifications that a previous dasher had picked it up. i conducted myself in a professional manner while of them were on the line with me, and the other with management. i asked if it could be remade and to speak with the manager while customer was on the line. the manager on duty, then came back out and very unprofessionaly accused us of attempting fraud and stating they would remake it only if a new order was placed, resulting in the customer having to spend another $140, while waiting for a refund from doordash, and was simply mad because i notified the customer, to try and resolve the issue at hand and get their food to them, which doordash wouldve instructed me to do. ive been doing this a few years now and have enough deliveries under my belt to know. manager was just trying to get me on my way to cover up what likely happened was that they close at 10p.m., the order had been there for a bit and they probably cancelled it because items on their order were being talked about around the window where orders are handed off to servers to be bagged as well. to my own credit, and customer can vouch becuase they heard everything id said on their end, and the manager looked like shed seenna ghost when i asked her myself "i was unprofessional to staff? and asked if id ever so much raised my voice, talked to them in a condescending manner the way she did to me and the customer on the phone, very rudely, or say a single curse word?" when i didnt.. and customer then told me to not worry about it any more and they appreciated me going out of the way to try and get their order to them, and time spent as well. and gave me their number to personally call them once i was done working because they wanted to make sure i was taken care of for that as well, despite not getting their order. cooperaten will be notified, but id clearly suggest training your staff on refining their interpersonal skills in an environment like this, or step down if they cannot handle the responsibility that comes with it.
The food was nice and hot.
Leonia was our server and we will definitely be back because of her. She’s the best!
