Went in to pick up a take out order, lady was VERY Rude, snotty and said you called the wrong place. I will be sure to never call China Inn in the future. It’s a dive, but I thought good enough for take out, go to another one, Not this one!!!!!!!

. I was surprised walking in to get my order very dirty looking inside. Fried rice was gummy , the orange chicken was not fresh . The chicken was so dry that the thick overly sweet sauce still could not make it eatable.

I walked in to china inn and sat down for approximately 10 mins, No one noticed I was in there. The oldest gentleman in there was packing ppls food ordered and tasting them from the serving spoon with his mouth.I was disgusted. do not eat

We ordered house lomein and shrimp fried rice. Got home and the lomein was very dry. We called back and spoke to the manager who then said bring it back they would remake with sauce. My husband immediately goes back and is met with disrespect, he's yelled at in front of customers, told to get out, he's not welcome, threatened to call police because he's asking for the replacement he agreed to give. Oh did I mention we are people of color. Not sure if that matters, it sure didn't help. Long story short, with the exchange of words, my husband asks for a refund. The manager threw the money at my husband, then he left. Needless to say we will NOT be patronizing this place EVER AGAIN!!! He was humiliated and disrespected on a level he's never experienced before. It's NOT ok to treat customers this way!

I was a regular customer here. I think they're the only ones to offer egg foo young dishes. But every time I've had a problem there's only The young lady to talk to, And no matter how small the problem, she refuses to make it right. For example the sauce / gravy for the egg foo young is filled to about 2/3 full twice and she won't fill it anymore. There have been problems with the order as well and that's definitely too much for her to fix. I've asked for the manager, and I've asked for a way to contact the owner, but she always says they're not there at the time. And she never has the time or day when they will be there.! I've even called to put an order in but decided to talk to the manager first and it's always the same "he not here." I'm sorry to say I've given up on this place although I didn't want to...

We chose to order at this particular location due to the higher review rate. OMG, I TOTALLY REGRETTED IT!Not only did we find the portions to be unreasonable next to price, we felt ripped off when discovering the near $8 boneless ribs appetizer to be rendered less than 1/3 of the small container full (see the photo)!Second issue we encountered was the lack of flavor within the rice, amongst the dish lacking any seasoning beyond a brown coloring.Third, the General Tso chicken had the consistency and flavor of baked corporate frozen chicken doused in sauce (which was the only item with flavor emphasis added, the sauce).Fourth, was the amount spent ($50+) for the four lunches exceeded the value overall, NO I WILL NEVER RETURN, NOT EVEN IF THE FOOD WAS OFFERED FOR FREE. I GUESS NOT EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET IS TRUE LOL (At least the REVIEWS anyway).

Well...the owner I assume was pretty forward with saying that I was a liar trying to get free food, because I ordered something that was very spicy and I cannot eat anything spicy. I can say that I'm NOT that type of person. I had to repeat myself when I told him my food had a kick to it. He has lost my business.
