this is probably one of the worst chipotle’s. I’ve ever been to the customer service is terrible. The portions are terrible. The price point is the same at every chipotle, but when you combine the price point with the bad customer service, even from the general manager, the young man is rude just generally not nice to their customers. I have an issue every time I go in there and it’s sad because it’s the only chipotle so that means I can’t have chipotle if I’m at home I wish they would get another one or get a new staff because they are giving chipotle the worst name one of the employees trying to talk me into getting some guacamole that was brown. Tell me it was nothing wrong with it. Avoid this location at all cost.

We like the food but this particular store is poorly managed and is alway dirty tables alway have food and trash on them. This not one time issue we tried again to eat there we walked and left. Probably due to have teenagers in charge.

The double shredded beef needs to be drained of all juice it leaks through the bowls and makes a huge mess it spilled all over my new clothes due to too much juice in the meat. Drain the meat guys. Next time I will call headquarters.

I ordered online and the food wasn't that good after I picked it up by the scheduled pick up time. The food here is normally good but I would wait to order when I get here for fresher food

Staff is ok..the food isn't as good as it used to be..wouldn't recommend it. They try to give you less food but charge you more

This was some of the best chipotle I've ever had! It was so delicious 😋 the floor was dirty but it was the end of the day and all the employees were working hard serving customers. I'd definitely go back to this location!

Chipotle in Culpeper is filthy.
