Food was good terrific service enjoyed the atmosphere of the employees all cheerful all in all good experience
The place was terrible. The bathroom hadle was sticky. When they served me my blizzard, it wasn't fully blended and there was a whole RING chunk of the topping in my cup. They were out of the first two blizzards I tried to order and the food did not look apatizong. It looked like they slopped baby vomit in my blizzard and mixed it with milk.
Lovely
Horrible customer service and very rude employees and manager ordered a cup of chocolate ice cream with dip and was given vanilla told them it was wrong and they said they read it back and it was right would not make a new one wanted me to pay again for another way to treat customers dq
Told cashier I wanted large chocolate diped cup they gave me a vanilla drizzle and they wouldn't give me a refund they told me I have to buy a new one 6$ waisted
I stopped by Dairy Queen today for lunch after about six months, craving some cheese curds. As I waited for my order (which was prepared promptly—kudos to the team!), I stood near the soda dispenser and witnessed a truly beautiful interaction between a customer and a young woman working behind the counter.
According to my receipt, her name was Kristen, though I didn’t check her name tag to confirm. Regardless, this young woman displayed an incredible level of patience, kindness, and professionalism. The customer she was assisting seemed to be going through a difficult time—he appeared unsettled, anxious, and jumpy. While he wasn’t disruptive, it was clear that he needed extra guidance, as Kristen had to repeat herself and carefully explain things to him. Despite the challenges, she remained calm, attentive, and compassionate throughout the entire exchange.
In a time when great customer service can feel like a rarity, and when many young employees seem disengaged or indifferent, Kristen was the complete opposite. She was present, gracious, and kindhearted—qualities that made a lasting impression on me.
I don’t know who her parents are, but they raised an exceptional young woman. I don’t know who hired her, but they made an excellent choice—and they need more like her. In fact, we all do. Watching her interact with that customer filled me with pride and hope.
So, to Kristen: Thank you. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. You made my day, and I’m certain you make a difference in many others’ as well.
For the record, if her name wasn't Kristen, my order was 21, 2/26/25 at 12:32:51pm.
Asked for a chocolate cone and sprinkles for my daughter and they gave us vanilla with sprinkles. When I said it was a mistake and wanted chocolate they said at the register it was read back to me as vanilla with sprinkles even though it wasn’t, they still would not fix the mistake and said it was my fault for not listening to the cashier when being read back and that I would have to pay for another cone. Absolutely ridiculous, should have been an easy fix but instead the “manager” was very rude! Worst customer service!
Me and my girlfriend are new to the area and so we decided to give this place a try. I had the 6 piece chicken strip basket and tenders were over cooked and very crunchy and my fries were soggy and my chili dog wasn’t very tasty at all. My girlfriend had the new backyard bacon burger and there was no flavor and burger was a freaking mess and falling apart and her fries were also soggy too. Not very happy at all. Not ones to complain but we had to share.
When you place an order and get a blizzard with your order, you can not get the blizzard after your order, you must get them at the time you pay for order. This is not putting customer service first. Your cashier certainly doesn't have any compassion. She stated this is the policy.
Not pet friendly. Not even because I had my puppy in my arms and was ordering to go.

They’ve been out of chocolate ice cream for two years straight….how is that possible?? Went to get ice cream this past week only to walk in to place my order and discover they were completely out of ice cream. You heard correctly, “Dairy Queen” was out of ice cream and didn’t have a sign on the door or anywhere stating such.
We stop in for dinner I got the fish sandwich better then Gordon's frozen fish Patty was a fish fillet not a square Patty. Not good enough to were i would say Ill get that next time. Daugher got chicken tenders said the same not much better then frozen from the supermarket the french fries were good in the ice cream was good
The cones were stale and had hardly any ice cream on them and my husband got a dipped cone and it was barely any chocolate on it. And the worst part was it cost almost $3 more than the DQ in Charlottesville!!! There was kids working that were more interested in laughing and talking then working. Very disappointed when I visited the culpeper location.

Rude employees, dining room was dirty and the drink machine was disgusting. Food was cold. Nasty!
My daughter and I stopped here on our way to DC. The food was freshly made and we got our orders quickly. There isn’t too much room in the dining area but we ordered take out, just not much room to stand to wait for your order. Still a great stop on our trip and we got our favorite chicken strips!
