It used to be my fav pizza place in culpeper Today i ordered pizza it came late cold and not made well After long time waiting this is what we got

This used to be our favorite dominos but it’s just so inconsistent and unreliable now. Sometimes the pizza is cooked great, most of the time it isn’t nearly done enough. Tonight we ordered a pizza, bread with dip, and wings for delivery. We noticed the wings were missing and called and asked if we could please get those. 40 minutes went by and nothing, so we called back and they asked if we still wanted them when we were under the impression they were being made and coming back to deliver. Do yourself a solid and order from the other dominos in town.

This location used to be outstanding on service and quality but recently, it has taken a nosedive in both categories. Just a few days ago, they gave me a wrong pizza and I called the next day to let them know. An associate told me that manager wasn't in yet but he would let him know as soon as he came in. Left my number and all. No returned phone call yet. (Also, I wasn't the one that picked up my order so I could check)
Also, it's very off-putting to watch someone blow their noses right next to the pizzas then proceed to hand my pizza to me without washing their hands. What are you guys doing?
