Domino's Pizza

The one time I’m not feeling good and selected for my food to be brought out to my vehicle I waited well over 15 min while the employees looked out the window seen me there with hazard lights on. Normally I go inside it’s very upsetting when you offer a service and then don’t bring it for whatever reason, ultimately the food wasn’t the hottest! Employees were unfriendly when I finally went in to go get it!

Last night was rough. They were short staffed so I waited 2 hours for pizza when the app said 16 minutes lol, but the 2 guys that were in there kept me laughing and did their best!!!

This store needs to close up shop.Waited over hour and a half for my pizza . They are a joke.

Pizza wasn't bad but wife's sub was over cooked and hard as a brick. When I called back the manager tim was very nasty and hung up on me twice. Will never grace the doors of that place again.

I have ordered many times from this dominoes and many times it has been very good. However there have been multiple experiences where it has not been. There was a time I ordered at 6pm for delivery 7pm rolls around and I have no received my pizza. I called and they said they will have it as the next delivery. Another 30 minutes to by still no pizza. We called again and they said I can come pick up. So I went and they handed me my pizza. The ticket said it came out of the oven at 6:30 I was there at 8:15 ish they tried handing me a cold pizza. I had them remake it. I was not taking home a cold pizza. Another time we ordered later at night we got the pizza and I take a bite and find a hair in it. Another pizza we got for a friend said he also found a hair. They gave us new pizzas. Today we ordered and my boyfriend was eating. I was on the phone with my mom and he hands me a slice. He then picks up something and I see it moving in his hand. There were ants all over our pizza box. I called and complained. Management told me he wasn’t going to give me a refund because “we had already eaten part of the pizza” then proceeds to tell me that he receives many complaints from my address. He raised his voice at me. This is the last time dominoes by big lots and planet fitness will be receiving my money.

had a pizza delivered extremely over cooked and burnt. I live less than a mile away and it was also ice cold. the reason tor the 4 stars is the way the manager handled it when I returned the pizza the next day. Great service!! the store also looks nice and seemed very clean. I will give them another chance.

Why put a number to call if you don't have patience. Terrible service. They hang up on you.

My family ordered cheese and Hawaiian pizza, brought it home and 5 min after eating we started throwing up. We had the worst food poisoning ever. It’s been few days now and just started feeling better. All 5 of us. Do not wish this on anyone. Will be making our own pizza at home from now on.

6:30p.m. pick up on 11/15/2023... Every single guy working in there made me glad that I went in. Fast service from multiple crew... Friendly and courteous, excellent customer experience. High fives and 100 pepperonis to each of you! I hope your bosses see who worked tonight and congratulates every one of you accordingly!

Walked in and was greeted by a guy making the pizza dough. Continued to walk to register and was working via phone, and cashier never spoke and/or acknowledged me. When I called him out, he said that he found it rude that I was on my phone.The moral of the story is to never assume a person is talking for leisure... never. I'm big on customer service, being a manager myself, my experience was not it. I'm sure it would've been different if I was in uniform. SMH

Ordered on app using their ‘location’ service from my dominos app account which ive used in past. My address came up as usual but they delivered to house next door who werent home. Neighbor brought food over an hour after scheduled delivery. Called store and Manager refused to honor delivery guarantee or even a discount on future purchase. So im out 37 bucks for cold food. Ive contacted customer service who will likely not reply. Do not use this place for delivery. Im done with dominos. Little caesars, papa johns and store bought pizza from now on

Manager will hang up phone on you for asking simple question do your self a favor and go eat little ceasers like he told me

Shawna was my delivery driver and by far I couldn’t be more satisfied with our interaction. She was polite and nice. Very respectful and overall kind. I don’t order delivery often because delivery customer service has gone down hill but she was wonderful! Thank you Shawna!
