Unfortunately my meal was just not good. I ordered General tso chicken. Breading was quite mushy. I honestly could have overlooked that but the sauce literally tasted like the sweet and sour sauce with a little added spice. Outside of that the staff was very nice, greeted me when I came in the door and was fast to give me my order.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. There is absolutely no customer service skills in place. The food I ordered so my partner could have something to eat when he got home from work was dry and so full of onion and peppers that it couldn't be eaten. The so called manager was so rude and disrespectful that I cannot believe this place is in business.
Rebuttal to owner response... It was dry when I got the order. This is the second time in two weeks I have had a complaint about their food. Our order just last week had absolutely no taste and was dry as well. No utensils or condiments were given even though it was requested, even requested extra soy sauce. I normally do not make bad reviews to any place but the utter disrespect towards me was uncalled for. Our business will be taken elsewhere not because you told us to but after two complaints in two weeks and absolutely no improvement in quality or customer service, we will not be going back. A word advice customer service skills are the key to a successful business. Good luck

Have never been to a hibachi restaurant and they did not give us yum yum sauce, or ginger for a to go order. We live 30 minutes from there so no it wouldn’t be logical to go all the way back there. Very disappointed.

One of my faves for dinner. But lunch was a little disappointing. They give you half a pound of rice and one ounce of steak in the Teppan Yaki lunch.

Usually the food here is great The sushi is always fresh and well made. The lunch special is a good deal. I did have a squid salad that was not the freshest I've had before. Hoping it was just a one time deal.

I’ve been eating here for 10 years. The food is excellent until the last six or seven months. The spring rolls used to make fresh are now frozen and ordered in. They’ve changed the size of the shrimp in the dishes, and the dumplings are the biggest hunk of almost raw dough so disappointed this restaurant used to be amazing Bring back the original recipes and how you cook them

Ordered sesame chicken and recieved a bunch of chunk chicken with general Tso's sauce with sesame seeds on top. Very unhappy that they thought i didnt know what i ordered. I wish I could upload the picture of this dish. Ive been ordering here for over a year now. Have been happy up until this.

I have never actually been in the restaurant so I cannot comment on the type of atmosphere it has. However we order delivery fairly often and the food has always been excellent and the delivery service outstanding. We typically order egg or spring rolls and either shrimp fried rice or combination lo mein. All of the aforementioned dishes have been excellent in quality, still hot when they arrived and not at all greasy
