giving me 5 tiny hashbrowns and filling my drink up half way is criminal
I would rather make my own drinks then to go here! I went for a HOT chocolate and got a COLD chocolate drink🙄🤬 then when I turned around and went back so I could get a HOT chocolate, they said that's how they come and proceeded to take 10 minutes to figure out how they could make the hot chocolate, hot😳🤦♀️ DEFINITELY shocked and wasn't happy. I had previously had a good experience but this was a different employee and she wasn't very nice on top of my issue! The breakfast food also isn't that good, wouldn't recommend the bacon egg and cheese, sausage nor the hash browns. I would recommend the chocolate icey drink with whip cream and chocolate on top, make sure you get extra chocolate in your drink as well🤤 that's the ONLY thing I can say I've really enjoyed. The customer service can be great all depends on who you get when you go in. There's DEFINITELY a couple VERY rude employees here that should be replaced.

Normally we are either in Fishersville or Culpeper for Duncan Donuts but today we traveled to Front Royal, Virginia. My daughter threw her bagel and cream cheese and her iced tea in the trash can. I enjoyed my black coffee and double chocolate donut. Hard to mess that up!

The staff is great. I like my vanilla iced latés from there, and they are much closer and less expensive than Starbucks, and I think they taste better too! The staff are young, and they are all the most respectful and hard-working I've come across in a long time for high school-age kids. I think this chain store is doing great!
