The staff is great. I like my vanilla iced latés from there, and they are much closer and less expensive than Starbucks, and I think they taste better too! The staff are young, and they are all the most respectful and hard-working I've come across in a long time for high school-age kids. I think this chain store is doing great!

It was great the first couple times I went. It was about my 3rd visit and they messed my order up so beings I was at work it made it extremely hard to go back to get my order remade only to get it made wrong AGAIN! Not only was it made wrong AGAIN but it took like 25 minutes to even get it remade wrong all over again?♀️? idk what is going on there but when you order a HOT chocolate, I expect it to be HOT.. it's not there?? I wouldn't recommend hot chocolate but...
