After a particularly negative experience at McDonalds in Madison earlier in the week, it was nice to get quick and helpful service at DD. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the sourdough breakfast sandwich was, and the pumpkin spice specialty drink is always a delight. The lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant and friendly, and honestly made the experience nice enough for me to bother to leave a review. She was blonde-ish and worked the drive-thru window around 7:30am...

The big blonde girl that works in there has a really bad attitude.All the time, they always mess up my hot coffee order. Which I don't see why I only get sugar cream and caramel. Had to mess up with the order today.And she refused to do anything about it, told me to contact customer support
