Service is terrible first time was horrible took forever for someone to even acknowledge you to take your order even after they tell you to grab a table. Gave them the benefit of doubt and went a second time same thing so got up and left. Worst place in culpeper for service.

This is our second time here and it was definitely worth a return visit. Food is well prepared and served nicely . My pastrami sandwich was bulging with pastrami and delicious. My side salad was freshly prepared and very good. Place is unpretentious and a good value.

Delicious food! Service speed was very good. Attention to order details for a group of 12 people was amazing and not a single error was made. To top it off, the waitresses and other staff had an incredible positive attitude…with a smile!

I brought my friend from Charlotte to visit, and we decided to come here for breakfast. The restaurant was busy, so we had to wait about 20 minutes, which we completely understood and didn’t mind.
After we were seated and placed our order, our food was brought out—but we did not have any utensils. The server said she would return with them. Unfortunately, 10–15 minutes passed before we finally received utensils, and by then our food was cold.
She apologized and offered to have the kitchen remake our meals or provide a discount. Since we did not want to wait again for new food, we chose the discount. However, when the bill came, the discount was only $2.50 and was labeled as a “veteran’s discount.” She told us that was all she could do.
We found this very disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the inconvenience. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with this experience.

I was coming from North Carolina and stopped here to have breakfast with my family. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, the Steak Combo, and the Pancake & French Toast Combo. Everything was really tasty and fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was super comfortable. Definitely a great place for breakfast.

Our date of visit was 11/10/2025. We came in at 12:20 and there was only 4 tables with people at them. Took a very long time to get drinks and our food. I feel like I needed to give e the date and time that we were here since the owner seems to be defensive when responding to reviews.
Food left a lot to be desired but to be honest it was the service thay did it for us. It took 50 minutes to get our food that we ordered and once we got our food we never saw our waitress again. Montana should have came and refilled dri KS but she was having to much fun shooting the breeze with her co-workers.
I wanted to like this place but service means a lot when eating out. When we got up to pay our bill and now understood why we had not seen Montana again because she was sitting down eating with the other waitress. No pro lem with that but shouldn't you have taken care of your table first? If the owner was honest and not combative they would respond honestly to this review but time will tell. I should have trusted the other reviews before mine.....
Now look at the response from the owner...again they don't take truth and they lie. Completely false an inaccurate because nobody ever came to our table with refills. Integrity is owning up to your mistakes and this owner clearly does not have integrity!
