Our waitress Bella was amazing and me and my fiancé loved her as a whole as our server very nice and we went specifically for the donut burger and we were very pleased I wish I wasn’t exaggerating but we quiet literally had tear built up from how amazing it was

My husband and I visited this restaurant while traveling to see our son and daughter-in-law in the beautiful and peaceful town of Culpeper, Virginia. Each of the four of us ordered a different dish, and every single one was absolutely delicious! The drinks were amazing and perfectly made, and the dessert was both big and incredibly tasty.

What really stood out to us was the wonderful service — the waitresses were all so friendly, warm, and full of smiles, which made the experience even better. And a especial thanks to Gwen!!
Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service was outstanding. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in town!

This place was just ok. My burger was soggy and my husband ordered cheese and bacon on his, was charged for cheese and bacon, but didn't get it. He had a plain burger. So, this place was just ok. The service was good though.

Impressive from the moment you walk in. Relaxed, elegant, and well-run.

Cute bar. Food was amazing.
Waitress was polite.

*just make sure if allergic to pickle to tell them. Burger had pickle on top and wasn't clear on the menu.

I went there with my family a few days ago and we absolutely loved it! I recommed the Gyro Feta Burger. The food came fast and boy was it great! Our waitress Carrie was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu. We will definitely revisit this place when we come back to this cute little town.

We’ve visited this spot a few times, but yesterday’s brunch was truly outstanding! I brought three teenagers with me, and they enjoyed every single thing. The food was delicious, our server was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place for brunch!

We have been here many times before but will probably not go back. We went for a late lunch (2:00 pm) to take my daughter out for her birthday lunch while she was at camp. We had a group of 7 but it was not very crowded at that time. They refused to push two tables together so we had to sit outside in the heat with two people in their 80s. The service outside was very haphazard with four different people coming out at various times but no one seemed to be communicating so it was not team service. Drinks and lemons were forgotten. The worst was the food though. The meals came out very piecemeal but eventually five of us had our food. Several minutes later the sixth meal was served and we were told it would be three minutes for the last dish. At the last person’s urging the rest of us started to eat. It was easily fifteen minutes or more from when the first food was served to when the last fish finally came out. The rest of us were almost finished by that time. We got barely an apology and no offer to take that last meal off of the check. The food was very meh and not worth the wait. The wraps here - which I don’t usually get but I wanted to try something new and several at our table got - are mostly plain lettuce with very minimal meat or other filling that is supposed to be in the wrap. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Shrimp was rubbery & overcooked, never received silverware or a straw for my drink. Very slow in making cocktails, had to ask for water twice. Ordered a Sauvignon Blanc and they gave us a red wine. Had nine different servers the whole night? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Grill 309 is a great local bar and grill. We’ve been coming here for the past two years and I’ve noticed a definite upward trend, especially in the service sector. It seems like there are more servers, they are better trained and they seem to really enjoy working there, at least they smile! Five Stars!! Food is good but I haven’t found anything great. Still, good is good. There is a nice, “everybody knows your name” vibe, great beer selection on tap and, the few times I’ve had a cocktail, they were memorable.
