Worst Ihop ever, and I love that for them. Sure all the usual pit falls are there, cold bland food, missing utensils, missing condiments, missing parts of your meal, long waits.
By far my favorite part is the sassy staff. They treat everything like it's a huge inconvenience and completely your fault. The level of humiliation they put you through is comical. I honestly couldn't stop laughing at every interaction.
Apparently they make all their cups of water in the morning and distribute them throughout day. Like what even is that lol. Can you imagine tables full of waters just sitting in the kitchen. I love it. Honestly felt like I was in a sitcom.

As a traveler it's sometimes difficult to find consistent eateries..IHOPs are sometimes hit and muss but this one in Culpepper was good..A pleasant surprise for a weary traveler ..Open 24 hrs. ☆

This store seems to be under new management. The service and atmosphere had never been very good but the food was pretty good. Not this time! My eggs Benedict eggs were over cooked, the English muffin was like rubber, the “crispy potatoes” were anything but crispy! The waitress didn’t seem to understand English well. This store used to be packed on weekend mornings through early afternoon but not this time. We wondered how we were able to get a great parking spot and no wait. Now we know!!! We won’t be back

Food was nasty and cold soft drinks was flat and coffee tasted old and burnt the service was terrible I feel it was a waste of my money.
Went for Mother's Day, and they were PACKED. Which we expected, What i didn't expect is how awesome the staff would be with handling the influx of people. We got our food in a timely manner, and it was delicious. The staff truly was the star of the day, though, and I hope management appreciates how good they are.

Served cold food not once but twice! There’s really no excuse when you ask for well done meat and crispy hash browns. The carelessness for one’s food and money being spent is unreal in this establishment. By far the worst manager I have ever experienced. I actually never seen her the entire time we were there, until I asked to see her. I have my Serve Safe Certification and the food being served is not up to the safe temp.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate 23 people at the last minute for a breakfast send-off after celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday all weekend. No one we called was able to seat us- until I called IHOP. The general manager Leo provided us an amazing experience from start to finish. He waited on our enormous party himself and split the checks without complaint. Got everything we ordered correct and was so attentive to us. The service was next level. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to any restaurant and have been treated with such high level professionalism and attention to detail. Now- the food. We weren’t expecting much from a chain restaurant but wow were we pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing! Like lowkey, might be hitting up IHOP more regularly 😂. Everyone loved their food and everyone’s plates were cleared at the end. Lastly, Leo went above and beyond by bringing out birthday pancakes for my grandma and singing to her. It really ended our weekend celebrating her on such a high note. The whole family is super appreciative of Leo and the amazing staff at this IHOP. Thank you!!!!!!
