Husband stopped by after work and there was NO crispy chicken at all and no one in-line... waited 27mins for the chicken just to get home to figure out sides were missing and the sides were did have were not even half full! This place needs new management

One visit in the evening they ran out of chicken! Service pretty good, dining area messy, not crowded.. few people. Food was okay, but as is the case with most places... overpriced.

Meh we just did drive thru, sketchy area it seemed. The little dessert pastry things were hard as rocks, didn't even eat those. Gross. The chicken tasted like the grease was old, but at least the Mac and potatoes were good, lol.

Just paid $16 for a combo. Asked for hot sauce, gave me 3 packs, asked for more and was told they werent allowed to give more because they don’t have a lot. I’m the only person in the restaurant lol 😆 How the hell is that my problem?

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn't include my nuggets I paid for and then called me a liar not only that....fries were cold, biscuits raw, chicken slimy. Never again

Website says they are open until 10 pm. At 942 pm when I got there they are completely closed. Absolutely ridiculous on a Friday night....... Update. I went again at 850 pm. They close at 10pm. I go through the drive thru because they have the doors locked. And guess what!!! The KFC is out of chicken. They told me they were all the way out of chicken at 850 on a Saturday night. I cannot believe how bad this KFC is. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to try and find a way to complain to corporate over this. Two times in a row this place my local KFC has provided bull crap. They should close this place down apposed to having such terribly disappointing service. And the girl that told me they are out of chicken had a bad attitude. Insane.
There was ice on the sidewalk. I mentioned it and got excuses for why it was still there. The girl waiting on me walked away and went over and got a drink for herself. Then we were told by a customer that they do not have plates....I asked....sure enough they do not have plates. Our fellow customers said they were told this huge dining room is not for dining. I come because my 98 year old dad likes it....certainly not for the subpar food.
