We ordered tender, and the manager, who doesn't listen very well, charged us for chicken. When we told her we ordered tender, she was very rude and said she couldn't change the chicken for tender. We asked her to give us our money back, but she refused. They are very rude and sell whatever they want in this restaurant. They don't respect their customers' preferences. It's a very bad restaurant. They should send a supervisor.

Well... its KFC. Having grown up in the 50s when the chicken was hot, juicy, flavorful, and not greasy, its hard to be happy with the product today. Every so often, as in years, I'm tempted to once again try the original recipe chicken... usually with varying degrees of disappointment. The chicken was juicy in a very greasy way. Flavor of the 23? Herbs and spices was greatly muted. And naturally today, the pieces are noticeably smaller. Service was good, store was clean except to the windows... kids fingerprints and smears all over the glass. It was easy to see why this rather large dining area had only 3 tables occupied and only 4 carryout orders during the noon lunch hour. Drive through was not doing too well either. There's a message there. Not in my top ten places for chicken, even if I only had 4 places. It is what it is, and to each their own.

I went in about 5:30 p.m. It was not busy at all. I placed my order for a family bucket of extra crispy. I was told they only had a few pieces of extra crispy and that if I wanted the bucket I would have to get the remaining in the original recipe I really don't like the extra crispy but needed the food for the Gang. As expected the extra crispy was in the bottom of the bucket and all stuck together and soggy. Frustrating when you go to a chicken place and they don't have the chicken you're asking for. Staff was fine.

If you bring back the hot wings don't get upset when ppl order them...went through drive got wings got to windows she said I have 16 wings I can give you 4 strips I said no I don't want strips cook more wings...I mean really...ppl are just freaking lazy anymore.
They advertise chicken wings,you go there out the way and they tell you that the manager said they are out for tonight. Asked if they could cook some,she stated she just going by what her manager said. Why advertise them if you are not going sell them. Just laziness!!! And it was 8pm and they close at 10pm🤷🏾🤦

Husband stopped by after work and there was NO crispy chicken at all and no one in-line... waited 27mins for the chicken just to get home to figure out sides were missing and the sides were did have were not even half full! This place needs new management
