My mother in law is from south GA and is one of the best southern cooks I've ever experienced. After eating her food, it's hard to eat out and not be disappointed. I was NOT disappointed here. This food is REAL southern cooking. Everything had the perfect southern flavor without overwhelming the main dish. The shrimp pasta was excellent. The red beans and rice were fantastic. My mom's shrimp po boy was great...the waiter was attentive, the music fantastic and everything...
Nice clean place with great piped in blues, soul, and R&B music to create a great atmosphere for New Orleans style Creole Seafood dining at a very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Love's Kitchen for lunch or dinner.
I came in for the first time with a friend and as soon as we walked in there was just the most comforting atmosphere. We felt so welcome :’) we seated ourselves and ordered from Nikki (the manager) and she was so kind. The food was fresh and came so quickly. Definitely impressed and will be coming back with friends
