Luigi's Italian Restaurant

Food was good. Restaurant is a bit dated but clean.

I'm from the Baltimore MD area. This place is your typical non-chain family-run Italian restaurant and that was fine with me. As such, I wasn't expecting anymore than what we received, and at a fair price. The night we were there , there were also 2 groups of 8 to 10 people each also dining, so it seems like a pretty popular spot for the locals.

I do not recommend the cheese pizza. Perhaps it's only on the menu out of necessity. Server didn't appear to want to be there or doesn't enjoy her work. Other staff seemed much more friendly .

I would like to say that luigi’s is an fantastic place with very Delectable food it us reasonably priced and the Atmosphere is the best . I love every detail they have to admire in the restaurant .10/10 would recommend to take your family to eat if you live near

Was there for a private event, food was served buffet style. Sampled every item, everything was delicious. Will visit again the next time I come to Culpeper.

TL;DR: Great spot for Italian food. Great spot and servers were super friendly. Everyone at my table thoroughly enjoyed their food.

Veggie Pizza: 9/10 (love how even the middle was crispy)
Chicken Parmigiani: 7.7/10 (basic but good)
Summer Fettuccini: 8.5/10 (Mom liked it which is saying something)

General Wait Time for 1/2 dishes: 20-25min

Awful customer service experience as a repeat
customer. I received the wrong pizza toppings
THREE times! No apology from wait staff or the
owner!! My dinner companion had finished eating
by the time the FOURTH version of my pizza, which
was finally correct, arrived! I asked our waiter for my
pizza to be comped (should have already been
offered) and the owner Luigi, came to my table, and
yelled at me for taking money from a hard working
family! I told him I work hard too! I did not yell or treat
him the way he treated me. What I am doing is
never ever setting foot in there again!
