They will screw up 50% of your orders! The worse I have ever been to! It’s almost comical just how bad they are.

I arrived at 6:00am when the store first opened, greeted the workers as I worked for years in the food industry and then used the kiosk to create an order so that staff had time to get into their groove. I ordered 2 McGriddles; one in a meal that is meant to come with hash browns and a drink which I put as a strawberry banana smoothie. The other sandwich and another hash brown was added as extra. I was literally the only person waiting on any order and they still managed to get my order wrong. They didn’t give me my receipt when I asked for it, didn’t give me all the items I was charged $20 for, and honestly this is a constant in Culpeper.
I can’t dunk on just McDonalds as it’s all the fast food chains here having a horrible work ethic and attitude, but come on man. I’m getting up early to work too and I’m just trying to get food for my coworkers and I.

I go to McDonald's because it is fast, convenient and cheap... This McDonald's is none of those, I am in the drive through right now and I've been sitting here for more than an hour and as soon as the Sheetz opens up I'm going there instead because the only reason I go here at all is because it's the only place someone who works the night shift can get something hot to eat in the middle of the night and the worse part is it's only hot by the time I get it half the time.

You'll see the sign for this McDonald's on the main highway. Don't be fooled- it's 20 min away with any kind of traffic and several roads and miles.
The kitchen and staffing are extremely chaotic and unorganized. The stress level is high, with yelling in the back, and that spilled over into the lobby. So now you have a stressed staff, uptight customers, at a fast food place that is abnormally slow. Bad. Bad all the way around.
The food was barely warm, the meat wasn't on the bun and the coffee was cold for coffee. This McDonald's is extremely busy. Attention needs to be given to processes and efficiency and make this place what it should be, with an emphasis placed on proper management and hiring.
There's several other mom & pop shops you can order ahead and get better food, just as fast.

This is a terribly run McDonald's. Since moving to Culpeper we've ordered here about once a month. If you go through the drive through, there is a 90% chance you will be asked to park and wait, even if you use the app. Additionally, there is 100% chance they will forget any condiments and an 80% chance that your order will be wrong despite being printed on the receipt attached to the bag.
Additionally they play a game where they compete for who speaks the worst English and that person is assigned to take orders at the drive thru.

I'm not one to write reviews but thought you should be aware of this poorly run McD's
I thought this would be a good day for McDonald's Quarter Pounder meal in Culpeper today since I haven't had McD's in a while. I was running late for an appointment so I decided to use the drive-thru. The 1st response to my order over the speaker is they have no meat for the meal. So I ordered a double cheese burger instead with no pickles and onions. After the 1st window took my money the second window told me to move forward to wait for my burger since it was a special order. Ater waiting for 20 minutes I flagged down an employee in the parking lot since they forgot about me. 5 more minutes later they brought out my meal. Being already late I left and opened the sandwich on the road. The meat was cold and loaded with pickles and onions. Worst service and sandwich ever!! Needless to say I won't be back to the Culpeper McD's anytime soon. What a nightmare!
This store is absolutely horrible every time i attempt to deliver it's an hour late, foods cold and thrown upsidedown in bags. Last time I ordered here, my food had no mayo or lettuce and was dry. They do not understand how to manage and operate their store

This McDonald's only runs smoothly when the manager named Jacob is working. He makes sure all customers, walk-in, drive-thru, ect, are taken good care of and leave happy. The store is working in an organized manner
Other than that it's the worst service I've ever received at any McDonald's I've been to. When any other manager is running the store their main and only concern is the drive thru. Walk-in customers wait so long and are quite often ignored. This is the WE ORST McDonald's I've ever been too!! It's a horrible experience

Placed a mobile order on the app. Pull up to the store and both speakers where blocked off. So I pull around to the first window and was told to go ahead to the second window. There was another vehicle already at the window so I wait. No big deal. 2 crew members where hangout the window talking and having a good ol conversation. So after a few minutes and free food being passed out the their friend they finally pulled away. So now I pull up. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged that I was even there. I tell them I have a mobile order. It took 10 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The buns where stale and the frys where cold. Im definitely calling Corporate in the morning and going back to speak to the owner as well.
