I'll start by saying the Pizza was fantastic! The wine was just okay and the atmosphere is fantastic. We would have liked to Che k out the brewery but it wasn't open. We will likely go back for that.

We can never say enough good things about Old House! Amazing pizza, fabulous staff and by far the best wine in Culpeper county. We were even lucky enough to sit with the OH Grandmas!
Whether you're visiting with a picnic on a quiet weekday or enjoying food from the local chef on the weekend- Old House is the place to go!

Beautiful venue. The wedding event space is nice with A/C which is a plus. If you're a vendor working the wedding. Bring a big wheel wagon or cart as the cocktail hour location is quite a haul from the main wedding reception area and you're not allowed to drive a vehicle to the fireplace area

Although the staff were very nice, the restaurant ordering process needs to be overhauled. I realize it was a busy weekend but the process to order food and the amount of staff only one person available is not efficient to handle the volume of customers. We had to wait over 20 minutes to even order food and even longer to get it.

Disappointing experience. Undercooked food. When attempted to discuss with food counter, was told that’s the way the food was described in the menu and refused to make any adjustment.

So we have been there twice now one event outdoors, which was Mother’s Day and another event indoors, which was Memorial Day. Both events were quite pleasurable the owners, the family, and the staff definitely raise the bar With their hospitality and excellent service. All of the beverages and foods that we have each time we have been up I’ve been top-notch. Definitely I would recommend trying this place out great family atmosphere kids and pets as well. Winery brewery and distillery something for everyone along with beautiful views!

I've been coming to Old House for about 14 years when they only had one tasting room in the old house. My family and myself have always loved it here until our poor service experience this past weekend.On 2 different occasions the wait staff was very rude. The first occurred in the distillery. The service girl passed us 3 time without greeting us and when she finally did the first thing she said is "you cant have that in here" speaking of my wine. I apologized and said I was totally unaware that I could not have it in there and she went on to tell me the rules. I said we were only coming to get a cocktail menu and prices. She coldly told us what they had and the price and we left with out purchasing anything.Our second incident happened on the porch of the old house near closing. We were finishing up our glasses and were about to head out when we were stopped by another female service staff. She had a very rude attitude and said that they were closing and " That Technically This is Private Property and we're not Allowed to be there after they close" we told her we were on our way out and nothing more was said.My family will No Longer Be Patronizing This Winery. It is very unfortunate because it is a beautiful place and they have so much to offer but needs some major improvements in hospitality. Remember You Are In The Service Industry; The Patron's Pay Your Bills!!!! Kindness Goes A Long Way!!!!
