I finally was able to stop off and check this place out. It was absolutely fantastic and the people there are absolutely lovely. All their fairs are well-priced and there is a great variety.
Loved this store. Has a nice mix of local items and general healthy foods plus a very impressive candy, jams, and baked goods. The chicken salad from the deli was clearly fresh and so delicious. I’m mad I didn’t buy more of it. While we were just visiting the area that weekend, I’d happily take the couple hour drive to come back (specifically for the chicken salad and candy!)
Visiting Virginia today and traveling through, wanted to stop for a good sandwich. I found old country on the maps and it was rated 4.9. Their sandwiches are remarkably fresh made fresh and they’re spicy mustard is to die for. Skip all the other. Brick and mortar sandwich, shops, and treat yourself to a fresh sandwich.
