This franchise is very understaffed or the employees are under trained. The employees are pleasant, but not getting orders right.

Gonna hold off on dropping to 3 stars bc she refunded my last diasterous trip.
I really wish folks in the food industry would recall what it feels like to be rushed and hungry just trying to get through a shift. Folks go there and place a special order how hard is it to read and get the directions right(had to go back not once but twice nc they dont read and then process&comprehension is non existent) ? With these new systems consumers do everything but make it and wrap themself. Geez o Pete.

I'm Mexican so I know Avocado. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken, Egg and Avo. Avocado was dark. I asked if they had fresher Avocado. They gave me Avocado in a cup which is ok but the ideal thing would be remaking the sandwich. Cook should know better than serving the Avocado that way. I uploaded a picture.

5 stars for outstanding service, received this morning from ERIC in the drive through!
I bought a meal, a drink, and a scone on the app. Even though the list of everything I ordered was printed onto a sticker in large print and stuck to my bag they chose to not give me my scone.
If you order on the app, I suggest keeping it simple. Don't order too much or you may end up missing parts of your order. Less complicated makes it easier for them.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service we received today at Panera. A gentleman named Eric went above and beyond to make our visit special. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful not just with me, but with my mom and grandmother as well. His warm demeanor and attentiveness truly made our Mother’s Day outing feel even more meaningful.
Thank you, Eric, for treating us like family and making three generations of mamas feel seen and appreciated!

just a sandwich and a cookie cost me $19???!!!
Manager was friendly, place is clean. Stopped here on my way to Lynchburg
Went in to order take out and I wanted a good healthy sandwich, so I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup and a cranberry walnut sandwich, hadn’t eaten all day so I was hungry, I got home and opened my sandwich to find more lettuce than the chicken salad on my sandwich. Not happy with that at all. 😩

I come here with my wife 1x to 2x a week, on average. Most of the time, the employees here are very nice and welcoming. It only takes one bad experience, however, to make me not want to return.
There was a young brunette girl at the front and this is the second time she's made a comment that made me feel like a piece of garbage, as if I am somehow below her, and stupid because I asked a question. I routinely come in here in the mornings to start my day fresh. The first time was me asking for help with a coupon and this employee was snarky, but I figured maybe she's having a bad day or something and just let it go. Today was the second time I interacted with her on different days and she was snarky and rude again. I spoke with a manager about this experience and hope this employee gets some training. I was not trying to get her fired, and I hope she wasn't. I just don't want to go into an establishment in the morning where I am a paying customer to start my day out and have an employee treat me like this. I know working these types of jobs can be difficult, as I worked jobs like this is my younger days. But I have never, in my life, spoke to customers rudely or made them feel stupid for asking a question; this is unacceptable. It is really unfortunate because both my wife and I enjoyed dining here, drinking coffee, and having a fast sit-down restaurant that I felt comfortable taking my kids to.
I do not feel comfortable taking my kids here anymore, and I am honestly not sure if I will return with my wife after today. Thanks for the good mornings that I shared with my wife there, and to all the other employees--you guys have been wonderful.
