Gotta give this place some love! Due to it being on the “other end of town” it gets forgotten about. Called to make reservations for a large crowd at many local restaurants for a Sunday morning, to be told “We don’t offer reservations on Sundays” Not Peppers Grill! They booked us right away! Large table to seat 15 people and decorated well for Christmas! Our server Sharon was on top of things and never let out cups or glasses get half empty! Very friendly atmosphere and many items to choose from on the breakfast bar! Will definitely be back! Thank you for making reservations on a Sunday for my family!❤️

I came here last night and ordered the fried chicken tenders and let me just say, it was probably the worst I’ve had :/ It was disappointing especially since it’s over 16 dollars and I had to throw it out because it was so overcooked and dry. I’m surprised they even served it considering it was almost black. I tried dipping it in sauce and that didn’t even help. Only giving 3 stars because the servers and bartenders were nice but that chicken is deserving of 1 star!

We went for the salad bar which was decent.
I had the shrimp which was very salty.
While enjoying our dinner I saw a creature crawl across the floor. I asked the lady at the next table if it was a roach and she said yes and then stepped on it. The service was lackluster. After waiting more than 10 minutes for somebody come to the table the server walked up and said 'are you ready?' no greeting, no specials, no customer service.

I sat at the bar around four o'clock and ordered a draft beer and hamburger from a friendly waitress. Both arrived quickly and were good. Conversation, mostly about the satisfactory election results, with several locals combined with all else made for a good evening.

This is a resturant that does all 3 meals, so I did not have high expectations walking in.

We were there for a birthday party with 15 guests. Our server, Carol, was amazing and handled our group by her self. So kudos to her excellent job

The food for our party was just okay. The quality of the product they purchase is just below average, so cannot improve much, when you start with low quality food.

Will not return

A local icon, our favorite restaurant in Culpeper. Service is always friendly and awesome. Variety at the buffet is always great and food is like home cooked. Reasonable pricing and very good atmosphere. We have enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner here, not to mention the buffet. I can't believe the whiny one and two star reviews, you all are lucky to have something nice restaurant close by! Best deal in town.

No taste/seasoning. Thank goodness there was salt n pepper. When family memeber asked the waitress questions regarding gluten free, suggestions, amd then the bourbon sauce. She had a look of "deer in the headlights." Responded "I don't know. Grilled might be the best bet." And finally bringing the jug of bourbon sauce to the table for her to "read." We all do not know everything. Making an effort and not making a customer feel like they are bothering you is a great start! I know when I was a waitress, I loved big tables and hoped for a good tip. Only other patrons were a few at the bar and a table of 2 women. Do better!

Had a quick bite for dinner cause I stayed one night at a hotel around here and I enjoyed what I had pretty much. Wings were a lot tender and much less salty than I expected so I enjoyed it. To me, typical American style restaurant often serve their menu too salty, but didn’t have that problem here. Fried pickle also was quite enjoyable, fried batter was good combined with pickle inside. Might visit again if I stay at a hotel around here given its convenient location.

One random note though is that it seemed like I was the only one who was dining in for ordering menus during weekday dinner time, while most others were having buffet here.

One star because people who work here are nice. Salad bar decent. However, I must be honest food sucks. Seriously. My other half overdosed on salt from the steak and cheese. Like, it was so salty, I gotta blood clot one bite in. I got the fish and chips. Mediocre. I've had better. My kids ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Unless you want diabetes and high blood pressure don't eat here. If you love bland hospital food, this is ya spot.
