My father who lives in Abington VA (5 hours away) has me stop at Pete's to bring him a pizza or 2 when I go to visit him.

Called to ask if they do delivery and the lady who picked up the phone was very rude, said no, and then just hung up. Who doesn't do delivery in the year 2026? Not sure how they are staying business as a pizza shop without delivery. Been twice over the years and both times nobody was even in the pizza shop. But again, who doesn't do delivery in 2026? Heck you don't even need to hire your own drivers now with all the delivery options out there.
Oh well, guess they will become the Blockbuster of pizza in Culpeper.

The owners treat every customer as if they are family! If you have a sweet tooth, the baklava is amazing:)
This pizza was gross, maybe a step above the major brands like Pizza Hut, little Caesars and Papa John's. Crust was good however the sauce wasn't very good at all and the toppings on top was weird.
Overpriced for the food yiu received

★★★★★ – A Hidden Gem of Nostalgia and Flavor
The staff here felt like family—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The place has a cozy, classic vibe, complete with an old-school arcade machine (yes, even Pac-Man!). It brought back so many happy memories. I was instantly filled with nostalgia the moment I walked in.
Now let me tell you about the pizza. I came in expecting your standard greasy, foldable New York slice—but oh no. What I got instead was a gourmet surprise: crispy, crunchy crust, the perfect amount of sauce, just the right cheese ratio—it was absolutely fantastic. Every bite was a treat.
This place is truly a local treasure. Great people, amazing food, and a heartwarming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

NEVER going there again. Went for the first time ever and had a family emergency. Told them I didn’t want my pizza because I needed to go and she made a big scene infront of other customers and only gave me 20 of my 27$ . Super rude . Not happy.

Me and my girlfriend came in for our first time to try, the lady was laying down in the booth and when we came up to order we felt rushed. She said we only have 6 slices of cheese left with little attitude. We sat at the table and waited and I asked the lady get more napkins and she grabbed the container from my hand and got another one and pushed it into my hand like what the heck. Pizza slices could be better and cooked fresher and place was not clean and food all under the tables and especially where we’re sitting and the table tops dirty as well.
Good pizza, Friendly service. Cozy unpretentious atmosphere.
I had a single slice of pizza. It was ok. I didn't like that my pepperoni was not baked with the pizza. It was just places on top, so when I picked it up to bite, all the pepperoni fell off.
