My daughter and I got a stuffed crust pizza the other night. And I can honestly say that it was the best tasting pie from a Pizza Hut that I’ve had in a long time.

The food is actually good, the only problem I have is with some of their employees, specially with the tall fat guy always being mean and acting like if he don’t care about what your asking, he’s so disrespectful that he barely tries to make you feel at least well treated and I can tell this because it’s the 3rd time I go to the restaurant and he acts like this, the restaurant inside it’s dirty and a lot of times they don’t have the things they offer in the menu

I was able to order through this store on my Pizza Hit app even though I’m in another state. So easy to follow and even called to let me know that one of the drinks I ordered was not available and offered the available options. Great experience!

I was greeted by a nice young man in the front who was very helpful, but I overheard yelling in the back, I’m assuming at a team member. I’ve heard not so positive things about the store manager, but I try to give everywhere the benefit of the doubt. The food was a 10/10, my wings were perfect. My service was great, just overheard the manager yelling and not using work appropriate language at the employee. She shouldn’t be the manager of any establishment, and the employee who helped me looked so tired of it. Hopefully he can get out soon and get away from that mess. God bless them.

I took my family to the Culpeper location for lunch at noon. I was initially excited because the Google pictures of the inside of the restaurant reminded me of Pizza Huts from the 1990's, which are no longer common. My intention was to use the Book It program to get free personal pan pizzas for the children, but the App failed, and still fails, to allow me to log in.
Service: I have mixed feelings about the employee. He seemed to not want to be there and did not offer alternatives to the menu shortcomings. He did consistently check up on my table to ensure that we had what we needed.
Food: The menu provided by the employee showed that Pizza Hut serves gluten-free pizza, but when ordering, the employee informed me that they did not have any gluten-free dough. I called up another local pizza restaurant to get a gluten-free pizza and went there after the children finished their food. The only drinks available were bottled, no fountain drinks. I asked for water and I was told that they only serve bottled water. The salad bar was disappointing since it had only seven sides, however, the lettuce was very fresh. The children ordered personal pan pizzas topped with pineapples, and they gave the following review: “if you want the pineapple pizza, I think you should take the pineapples off because they tasted bad.”
Atmosphere: The restaurant was very clean.
Book It App: The Book It app failed to function when we arrived at the restaurant. It was working a few hours earlier. I am still unable to log in.
