I was delivered the wrong drinks & my food was left sitting on the floor in the middle of the hallway at my hotel for 15 minutes so it was cold. I don't know if the driver was upset that I didn't include a tip on my website order but had he actually knocked on the door & handed me my order he would have gotten the cash tip I had waiting for him.When I called the store I was told that they don't carry the drinks I chose from your website & was lied to saying they tried to text me & that once the deliver driver picks up my order its no longer pizza huts responsibility. This store has really crappy management because they didn't even apologize or even offer to try to make things right with me. I'm pretty disappointed because I usually have a good experience with pizza hut.

I ordered a simple order of bread sticks. I watched him pull em from the oven, yay! Fresh bread sticks. Shortly after, the guy hands me a super hot thin bag of bread sticks and says marinara is in the bag. Thank you! Appreciate you! Get in my car, thinking I'm going to grab a bread stick while I'm driving and hit the road. Reach in the bag and the lazy guy I just said thanks and appreciate you too, didn't even take time to cut bread sticks into sticks! All of a 2 second job 😡 so much for a bite on the road. If you worked for me, I'd fire your a$$ in a heartbeat! Wish I had taken photo before I pulled apart to eat. Do better Pizza Hut!

Great customer service, good pizza, felt the place was a little drab and needed some modernization to it. Employees probably should also consider wearing some sort of uniform.

The pizza was ok.. the server seemed uninterested in doing anything for us, and we were the only ones there. None of the tvs worked. on a Sunday, so no football, and it was FREEZING cold in there.

Online, Tavern Pizza shows as $10. Get to store after ordering online... $16.70. Made NO alterations to pizza what so ever. / Blonde hair lady w/ a major attitude told me it's never advertised at that price, I must be seeing things, I must not know how to order online for the Culpeper location (even though it's the only 1 I ever ordered from). Those are the literal Derogatory comments the blonde hair lady made towards me / about me. --- Despite the bad reviews of this location from Culpeper residents, I would order the Super Supreme Pizza, Stuff Crust @$26+ (minimum, been higher on other occasions) as it's actually my fave of any place (which is a lot for 1 pizza IMHO). However, the blonde hair lady making derogatory / disparaging comments about me coupled with wanting to charge me more, I'm never ordering from here again.
PS: Previous order, get to the store, my order isn't ready, cause they said they accidentally gave it to the wrong person. I didn't complain cause at least it was going to be ultra fresh & they recooked it fast. And mistakes happen. However, gotta post a negative review here cause the blonde hair lady being insulting of me is crossing the line.
Parking: The additional road that runs next to the regular road right before getting to this Pizza Hut makes it difficult to get into the Parking Lot of this Pizza Hut.

Explains why it’s always nobody there. Ordered supposed to be stuff crust pep pizza. Not the first pepperoni on it. The breadsticks are so dry is unbelievable. For the price $30 something not worth it. Always try to order online a never works a try to get the deals a can’t bc online never works. Close the doors
I always come here to get pizza I love meatlovers from here it's really good pizza it's better compared to papa John's or dominos I always order a pie from here or mama's but mostly here for the special deals yall have and the stuffed crust is the best
