We ordered after a long work day and got a family meal, a wing and strip combo meal with two sides and a popcorn shrimp meal. I got none of my wing/strip meal except four strips and a dry biscuit and some mashed potatoes and rice I didn’t order because they were out of the sides I did order and the food we got was cold. I also did not get my honey barbecue wings at all. I spent $90 on my order with fees and was missing half my food, my sauces we asked for, a drink we wanted and the food we did have was COLD! Will not be going back!

I did not get all the food I ordered online for pickup when I asked the gentleman told me they don't do sandwiches that late so they have me a chicken tender for each sandwich missed because it's a chicken for a chicken. Forgot a 6 pack of wings so went back around but they were out so couldn't have them. Fries were cold, but I just put them in the oven and they were so so. The food we got wasn't yucky or anything. The employees weren't rude they just said they didn't have or couldn't do what I ordered. I'm just disappointed, whom should I talk to about making this?

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal at the drive through. My sandwich was frozen and maybe thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was hard and the mayo was still frozen! Not to add the place smelled like weed and the staff was rude. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money!

Had a coupon for two-piece meal for $6. With a drink cost almost $10. Got a wing and a breast, mostly breading. Very unhappy. I won't be back

Great food and great service. Put in a take put order on the app. When I got there it was ready to go and so delicious. The chicken sandwich and fries were so good,but the tea is always the best.

Terrible service, 2 Spanish fellas at register were smart mouths and not very easy to order from. Was rude and we tossed food on way out the door. Didn't even eat it as felt like food may have been tampered with after ordering. Never stopping at this location again and highly recommend anyone else to avoid. 2/8/2012
