Terrible service, 2 Spanish fellas at register were smart mouths and not very easy to order from. Was rude and we tossed food on way out the door. Didn't even eat it as felt like food may have been tampered with after ordering. Never stopping at this location again and highly recommend anyone else to avoid. 2/8/2012

This is another fast food restaurant in this town that cannot get things accurate even when you ask them to take their time. I know that their job is to get customers in & out of this place as fast as possible or through the drive-thru fast while not poisoning them with under done food but the last time I was there they forgot a food item but they seemed polite. That is not the first time, I had gotten a 4pc platter, & 2 different 6pc wings 1 of them was supposed to be the meal, my total for that food was around $40 (Winter 2023). The regular bone-in chicken was great, the sides red bean & rice & mac & cheese w/a water & a biscuit were perfect (for fast food quality, at that cost). The chicken wings are deep fried & very breaded, the sauces were just kind of thrown on. The hot wings were not the best, greasier than expected, & the sweet & spicy flavor was a little less sweet than one would have thought w/that name. Their coleslaw standard & also got a bottle of water w/that. They forgot the Cajun fries, I, in fact don't think I've ever gotten cajun fries when I ordered & paid for them at this location. Maybe they need a sign that says "did you get all the items put in the bag before you pass it through the window" put up? We did not call the store to have it rectified, or go back but we did do the online survey. And even though we get a free item bcz of the survey, we most likely will not be back.

Best chicken sandwiches ever. Super fast, polite, and huge pieces of chicken on sandwich. Not like other chicken sandwiches at all, tastes like it has the skin fried on it. Delicious and honestly could have shared just one between the two of us. Try their strawberry biscuits too.

Usually a great fan but the last 3 times I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the app it's been very dry and felt like it had been sitting in a warmer. Mentioned it to the staff and they just smiled and said tank you

Service with a smile...if you are Hispanic. Otherwise not so much. Typically don't give you the right sauces or at all. Food is pretty good/fresh for a popeyes.. They used to give you extra tender here and there but inflation may have tighten that down.
FYI, they don’t get the reward order and charge total 11.3% tax. (5.3% state+ small business tax 6%) It might be a local tax or tip. The overall quality of food is above the average.

HORRIBLE. I opened up my 3 piece chicken meal to find a wing that was literally the size of my thumb. People work hard for their money and don’t intend to pay for that type of LACK OF INTEGRITY when they’re purchasing something that was advertised differently. And then when I had to inconvenience myself by going ALL THE WAY back there to return it (when I could have been doing something more productive with my time), they didn’t even apologize. Horrible service.
