Attempt was made to eat dinner at this location. Restaurant is closed at 7pm on a Friday night. There a 2 Ecolab Company Trucks in the parking lot and all of the lights are on inside the Restaurant. I looked up Ecolab and it is unsettling because of what that company deals with. Look for yourself and make a decision.

I will give 5 stars for service for John when he is there. Today...Irene at the front, seated us and neglected to let any waitress know. After 5 minutes , I asked for our waitress . she said she would let the waitperson know. 4 minutes later, we started walking out. I did ask for the a manager as we were leaving. Another waitress asked us if we were ok. I mentioned we were leaving because we had not had any service. she said she didn't know who was supposed to serve us as nobody had been notified in the back. It is not professional having the front of your house drinking while trying to talk to you. Put your drink down and have a conversation without drinking . So disappointed.

Just had the worst experience at RubyTuesday Culpeper. We walked in with a party of 8 and waited 10 minutes at the door before we were greeted. Manager comes up and looks at our group and says it will be 20 minutes. 35 minutes later we were finally sat after we watched 5 other tables walkout and never get greeted at the door. Meanwhile when parties of 4 or less walked in they were seated immediately. If we have to wait 35 minutes because the “kitchen is backed up” then why would you continue to seat smaller parties in front of us???
Needless to say after we watched all these groups walk out and never be greeted and we waited 35 minutes the waitress continued to ignore us for another 5+ while we sat at the table. Then she walks over with a snide smile not understanding why we are so upset.
Ruby Tuesday you should be ashamed how you treated all those groups of 5 or more tonight including our group of 8.
I can’t imagine how much money just walked out the door. Never again will I think your restaurant is a “safe bet” for being treated with good customer service. If I could give you 0 stars I would.
Edit: 7/12/25…I sent email to guest relations as the “owner” requested on 7/3/25 and no one ever responded. Emails is a joke to make it seem like they “care”.

Our server Katie was awesome! She was very friendly and helped us quickly and with a smile. The food itself was great and the portions were very reasonably sized.

I really enjoyed my time when I was in Ruby Tuesdays! Katie was an amazing server! She was very attentive and friendly! And the salad bar is delicious could not recommend the brown croutons enough!

This place is going downhill fast. I've never seen more than 4-5 tables full, even at dinner. Doubt we will be going to this one again until they are under new management with more attentive staff and fresh food.
