I just wanna say my experience at this Starbucks is one of a kind when i walk in I’m treated like family so when I see them, I say hey cousins and they respond. The atmosphere is warming. It’s a good time. It’s one of the benefits of my morning I look forward to even when I’m in a bad mood. I love the fact that I could lift their spirits and they lift mine as well. There are truly some special people at this Starbucks. Thank you for your amazing service every single morning. I love all my cousins.❤️

This location used to be good but since the management changed, it’s been a chaotic mess. they clearly only prioritize the drive thru.. I sat and waited PATIENTLY for 10 plus mins for an order that was already bagged an ready to go….. they were too busy throwing cups and lids all around the bag to realize someone was there to pick it up…. Of course after waiting, I asked a member to please hand me the order since 5 others walked passed and didn’t think to call it out. She of course got an attitude and asked to see my phone, then explained how busy they are. Listen I’ve worked at this location many years ago and have worked in fast food for many more, i understand the rush and the busyness (that’s why i waited 15 mins for a bagged order…) but what i saw was just ridiculous.Smh

Came by for my normal order I’ve gotten for years and even made myself when I was an employee at this location. However last few times they decided to not fill my cup up. Previously I said something and they gave me my extra foam in a short cup and apologized. This time they said they can’t give me the extra foam I paid a $1.25 for on each drink and that they refuse to remake or give me extra in a separate cup (like they did before) and lots of negative energy and I went to the locust grove Starbucks before school and they happily remade it for me. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location if it’s the management or just malicious intent since I’ve left this store. I feel like if I was a normal customer with no previous affiliation the order accuracy would have been there and customer service would have been extremely helpful and a lot more positive.

I have been reading that Starbucks is closing many locations to save money and increase their profits. Is this location scheduled to be closed?
As for those complaining, this is Culpeper and that is the way it is. Be greatful that you got something close to what you ordered.
Drive Thru moves pretty quickly. Drinks are good.
It's fine As long as you DON'T want to sit inside! The seats are old and worn, there was trash everywhere flies by the brown seats near the door. Floor nasty with a wet mop sign in front on the condiment stand. Outside it wreaks of cigarette/cigar smoke and AGAIN FILTHY! CLEAN IT UP!!

This is our Starbys because it's maybe a mile and a half from our house. They know us and acknowledge us when we were at the drive-thru and know what we're going to order. We love the vibe here 😄😜

Amazing people there they’re really chill
The worker taking our order was rude, they did not call our name when the drink was finished, and they did not stir the syrup inside of the coffee.
A very poor and disappointing experience.
The store was absolutely disgusting… tables weren’t clean and floor was ridden with debris. The food case was dingy and glass had film/food/debris all over it. (If I would have noticed it before ordering- I wouldn’t have ordered food). Drinks took forever and then once we finally got our drinks I was still waiting on a pastry from the case. I went to the cash register to ask about the food and stood there for almost a minute and a half before anyone asked if they could help (no one had come in after us). I understand being busy, but this was between 1-2 pm. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. And I agree with another review- they’re more worried about their drive thru time than those waiting in the store.
