Just a classic Starbucks. There are only two in culpeper but this one has a drive thru the other one is in target. This one is always more stocked the. The other one and this one can be a little busier just out of convenience due to having the drive thru and not wanting to get out plus you can order ahead with this one and not the other one.Parking: Has a parking lot in front

I am disappointed. I placed an order online and when I arrived at 3:45 the lobby was closed. I called the store and was told I had to use the drive thru line to pick it up. I asked to cancel my order and was told that they need to scan my app to cancel the order, so I would have to wait in the drive thru line for that too.I quit drinking Starbucks for a year because of issues just like this. I saw the peppermint mocha and thought I would give them another try. I will not likely be using the Culpeper Starbucks location again.

This is the most unorganized store I've visited in the past few months. I ordered my coffee, and the cashier got my order wrong (wrong size). When i was picking up my order, I told the guy that I've ordered a venti. He just rudely said to go talk to the cashier. Went back, she was not there , anitger lady just reprinted the receipt and told me she didn't know. They had to call another person to do a refund and reorder my drink, which was a big total of $0.33 cents! I have no problem paying the difference, but the way they went about was unreal

The coffee is good and sometimes Drive thru service is ok. However, as of recently I have been getting a not so good attitude by the same individual. I do get a cup of ice weekly, but I guess it’s becoming an issue.Unfortunately, the business has to get this rating because of 1 persons customer service.

Unfortunately my order was wrong. I asked for extra ice and light caramel and I got extra ice and extra caramel. Was very difficult to get through the straw.

EDIT: The newer staff has a better attitude and are pleasant to be around. The drive through is still faster than going inside regardless of how long the line is nSuper slow inside :(

As far as Starbucks go it's like all the rest, they are but not very cleaning as they adopt the assembly line business model. The drinks are decent. The only new item I would like to add to this location, and probably all Starbucks as of late. There were three maybe four of us that took the time to come in and order. They prepped at least 15 drinks and not one of the customers that were there that ordered had their drinks worked on. I had to leave and come back, I could not wait any longer. When I returned I waited for my order once more and they had to tell the girl making the online orders to make mine because it was just not being made. Now either the tall girl (never got her name) is goat of barista'ing or there is an break down in work flow. There were 20 drinks sitting waiting on no one and we were waiting to be served....there is something wrong with this.
