Usually this place is good. The sandwiches wasn’t spectacular the bread was soggy. The buffalo/ghost pepper sub was blah. My boyfriend said his sub seemed to be lacking meat and the mustard was placed in one spot. The only thing that was good was the seasoned tator tots and cookie. The soda zero coke tasted syrupy. We paid $50 for our meal for not so good subs.

Steak and Cheese Please is usually great my review is more about how one of the managers (she may be the owner but I’m not certain as I don’t personally know anyone that works there) was observed berating her employees to both other employees as well as to her customers and I even overheard her bad mouthing other customers. This managers name is Megan H. (I believe) and she is entirely unprofessional. I couldn’t imagine how those employees must feel and my heart genuinely breaks for them. They were all working super hard and in the many times I have frequented this establishment they have all been kind and professional and most of them I think are only teenagers. This one manager however (or possible owner) is spoiling this establishment and committing verbal abuse and a hostile work environment not to mention bad mouthing her customers which is shameful. For all the other workers there don’t let one bad manager ruin working for you-each one of the workers I have had the pleasure of ordering from or observe working (since you can see the entire kitchen) have been nothing short of amazing and truly deserve to be treated better.

My first time trying Steak'N Cheese Please. I ordered a hot Italian with choice of toppings. The sub/sandwich was made to perfection. The meat was stacked on this sandwich. A little pricey at almost $17, but you get what you pay for. I will be willing to pay that again for a great sub/ sandwich. Was delicious and filling.

I’ve picked up many takeout orders here as well as occasionally placed an order in store and have always been treated well by the staff. The young woman that runs the store always recognizes me and she is always bubbly and kind. The subs are always on point whether they are hot or cold. The Buffalo Chicken & Ghost Cheese cheesesteak is one of my favorites. Always an excellent experience!

We ordered three sandwiches all create your own….one had double meat and cheese but didn’t seem to have much more meat on it than the other 2. The other 2 had chipotle mayo in it but it seemed more of a hint of flavor, and more mayo needed to be added.
Overall it was bland. The meat was clearly not seasoned. I don’t like veggies on my sandwiches, and really depends on the meat being excellent. It was not, and I would not eat from here again.

I got the create your own cheese steak with a side of Onion rings and everything tasted good. Just like on Fairly Odd parents when Timmy finished his food and wished for it to be there again? Yep

I tell you what, this compared to subway, and Jersey Mike's Subs, I devoured my Sub in 5 minutes. It was that damn good. The buffalo sauce flavor in the chicken, with the Swiss cheese 🙌 omg perfection. Yeah subway has some good subs, but this place is far better. Next time I'll add the ghost pepper cheese. I've never tried ghost pepper before, so I think it will make it that much more hotter and tastier for me 😊

We did take out and food was prepared quickly. I got the steak and cheese with the sweet peppers and onion rings food was delicious. Definitely up there with one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Highly reccomend
