At this price point services is always everything to me. The customer service was horrible. I was not greeted. I asked some questions that she just didn’t answer. I purchased 2 drinks and chips. I asked for the items to be put in a bag and was told that I should bag my own things. Another employee instructed her to bag the items and she walked away.

Went in to eat obviously. And let me say... ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about the atmosphere, the employees are exceptional and the food is DELICIOUS ?!!! Have eaten here several times and will continue to. So for this I say a HUGE THANK YOU!!!

Definitely one of the best steak and cheeses I’ve ever had. I got the “I’m all N” sub and it was so delicious. The steak alone had great flavor, a big step up from Jersey Mikes. My only complaint is that there’s only one location!

Food was good and service was great! For a restaurant where most of the employees are in high school, they do their jobs, get the food out fast, and are very friendly. Everything was clean. Only complaint would be, there is not really enough seating.

What? I haven't reviewed here yet?! Well then. Didn't have a clue when we saw it being installed near the lil Caesar's. Mrs. found mention of it in her FB feed. Maybe three weeks after opening (wait for the bugs to work out), showed up. Meatball for me, cheesesteak for her (loaded on both). Discovered Mrs. just wants a traditional CS. I was happy with price/size. FF to recently, got her a proper CS, she was more receptive, I got the Reuben . Don't know what I'll try next, maybe an Italian (and I rarely get that). Just weaning myself away from the generic corporate chains, going back to mom & pop places. Like Pete's!
Went at around 12:00 for lunch and got the potato bowl. All of my instructions were completed correctly. I was greeted right away. The dining room was clean, my to go order was delicious. For $12 it was not a bad deal at all. I’ll be going back!

Not just the best sub I've ever had, it was one of the best things I have ever eaten! The steak and cheese is to die for! It took less than 5 minutes for it to be ready. The Chicken Banch sub is also excellent. While the prices are higher than chain restaurants, it is most certainly worth it!

Very courteous and friendly! The steak and cheese is best when bread is toasted! The fries are REALLY good too! I highly recommend !

We ordered from this restaurant last night for pick up. This was our first time trying them as well so we were excited! Hearing all these great things from others we decided to try them out. Ordering and picking up was easy it's when we got home that something wrong. We bought 2 All In subs(1 large and 1 regular*with no jalapeños*), 1 meatball sub and loaded fries/tots. Everything was normal and great except for the regular sub that was for my mother in law. All it had was steak, sauce, lettuce and tomato on it. It was also VERY SPICY!! We all took one bite and spit it out. Our mouths were on fire! No one could eat that sub except for the trash can. The only thing I can think of is that the sub got swapped with someone else's because it wasn't even the same sub as it's larger counterpart. We live on the outskirts of town so we weren't going back but she did call and spoke to the manager. They did apologize but had no idea how that happened. Manager did credit her for the sandwich to come in and get a free one within 2 weeks so that's why I gave them an extra star. Unfortunately I don't see ourselves going back. My advice to anyone going here is to check your subs before leaving. Make sure it's what you ordered!

A fat kid (53 yom) with a full belly and a review.Pro: Sandwich was spectacular!Con: Third of the bun was without meat. The "ends".Solution: On my next order, and there will be a repeat, requesting my sandwich reach "end-to-end." Don't give out in the center and leave the ends,"un-sandwiched." Other than that, 5 stars!UPDATE: Second visit was even better! I requested that the sandwich be filled "end to end", instead of leaving parts of the bun lonely and feeling unloved. Think of how sad that would be for a bun; who lived it's whole existence for that moment. Only to be retired balled up and discarded with the wrapper. 5 Stars!
