I did not take a picture as I didn’t have my phone on me at the time but I was ordering my sub and saw a COCKROACH by the cucumbers on the salad bar. As the lady was putting cucumbers on my sub I said “ma’am there is a cockroach climbing on the food” and she removed it and I said I no longer wanted the sandwich. It’s not her fault but the owner of this establishment needs to be put out of business and the health inspectors need to be notified I am appalled

We walked in stood there for about ten minutes, only ones there except for employee, no acknowledgement towards our existence, not a big, no welcome, no I'll be with u in a sec, pure silence. Food was not made properly and little ingredients. Only redeeming qualities were the fact that when that employee finally decided to acknowledge us she was freindly. Don't buy from here not worth it especially after reading about dead fly in food review

Hot sub was COLD! Cheese barely melted and ordered chips and cookies with my order on a delivery/pick up and they only sent the sandwich. Called to ask for a refund and SURPRISE...no resolution or call back like I was told!

Went here tonight with my wife and kids after a sporting event to grab food. The ham was brown, lettuce was brown. Cucumbers looked rotten, they even had roaches by the drink machine. Stay away from this place.

The lettuce was completely wilted, and brown so I didn’t get that on my sandwich. The two staff members that had relation to my order seemed very unmotivated and didn’t listen well asking several customers to repeat their orders back. The drink station was clean but lids/straws/etc was low. They also didn’t have out any tea machine which is a bummer. Probably wouldn’t eat here again which sucks because I love subway.

I was here Friday Sept 16 around 2 and both employees were rude to all of there customers and didn’t seem to be happy to be here, it was a very negative environment. The bread was hard and my sub was burnt. I wouldn't recommend this location. I prefer the one in elkwood.
One attendant was kind and helpful while the other seemed unhappy to be there. We picked up foot longs before heading to the beach yesterday morning. My sandwich bread was dry and parts of it were too hard to eat, with hardly any tuna at all. My husbands sandwich was fresh. I will let you guess who helped me....

I buy wraps from Subways in various locations. Today at this location they put about half of what should have been on the wrap and ignored me when I mentioned it seemed really small. I will never go back and I warn everyone to avoid this nasty place.

Absolutely delicious subs and friendly staff!! I had an Italian BMT which was amazing!! Highly recommend this store… very clean and spacious!!

The store owner and manager, Krishna, was very helpful and accommodating while helping me figure out a catering order for a work luncheon. She even gave me her cell number in case I had questions after working hours. The catering order was ready when I got there and everything was packaged nicely, as well as extra condiments and napkins. Everyone loved the fresh and delicious subs. Thank you Krishna!
