3 stars because I’ve been here before and it’s been a pleasant experience. Today though I walked in and no one was at the counter. Minutes later 3 girls walk out of the restroom. Rather than keeping the tables clean she was talking with a group of friends. Although she eventually was making the toppings neat she grabbed candy that was on the counter and back to the candy tray. That was gross!

Tried to go in before close and girl who worked there was talking to people outside was like “sweet frog is closed now”People who work there sit on their phone all day and do absolutely nothing so tbh I think they could afford to stay open till the close time but then again maybe it is exhausting to stay open till 8pm.

Was going to go in but saw employees just hanging out with friends in the lobby with open light off before close. When we were near the door we were stared at and I realized that we were unwelcome. This is not the first time this has happened.

Not sure what the circumstances are, but being closed midday on a holiday weekend isn't a good look. Moo thru ended up getting my business as they were actually open ( and busy!)

I haven’t been to a sweet frog in a while because they are very hit or miss!If you have been to a bad sweetFrog, you know what I’m talking about.This one was very clean, no bugs in sight, fruit was fresh and sweet. The woman who was working, was very kind. I will return!

There's nothing wrong with Culpeper Sweet Frog, It's a great place to get a cold treat, Ignore the negative comments, A large majority of people in Culpeper complain too damn much. ?

The owners own this Culpeper location and Warrenton location. They consistently allow Culpeper location to fail, so I implore them to do the right thing and sell this location to someone who can do it right. Youre failing your employees and this community while allowing Warrenton store to thrive. There are consistently AT LEAST 2 machines offline and the owners excuse is ie wait till winter, waiting till spring, etc. Today: 7 flavors worth are down/offline or inoperable. Fix this location or sell your franchise stake.

Always out of something. Came in and two whole stations (4 flavors) empty. Hot fudge si empty that when the stopper was pushed, it just splattered all over me. The girl/woman with no personality didn't even offer me a napkin or paper towel or express any dismay that my entire blouse had chocolate all over it. Rude and disappointing. First time I've had a bad experience here. Will be the last!
Was disappointed to go today and most flavors were not available or empty. A simple update on their Facebook would've been helpful to notify us ahead of time.

Legit says they close at 9 got there at 8:30 and doors where locked the lady said they close at 8:30 today drove 20 minutes for nothing
