New “manager” (only assume it is a new manager because I’m used to the nice gentleman late night), this interaction was at 1:30ish am with the guy with the dreads when he demanded my bag back after giving it to me within his eyesight over a 40¢ cheese. We didn’t get that even though we purchased it , even when we didn’t get the up charge taco with the burrito meal that we DID purchase. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer and I come here quite regularly. As a young woman I feel I was taken advantage of because I was not granted a refund and told to “get the hell on”.

Mobile online drive thru. Order I ordered 4 meals 2 were the box meals they did not have the orders in the boxes upon getting home looking in the bag food was not properly placed in the bag some tacos barely had meat what wasn’t wasted in the bag highly disappointing 7/29/25 9:20pm

So as someone who has worked at a Taco Bell before I don’t expect perfection by any means. But in the past year I have noticed that this franchise in particular is as slow as snail snot at night. I completely understand it’s a smaller franchise and most of the time not as many people are working at night. But sometimes I avoid coming later in the evening or coming at all for how slow the drive thru is. I know of course about the three minute timer, not sure if it’s changed. If I hadn’t already paid for the order this evening I would have canceled it if it showed an easier option to do so. It’s not the worst, just a little improvement is all.

Talk about a letdown. They always forget parts of your order. They never give our sauce when you ask for it like it's the biggest inconvenience in the world. God forbid you actually do your damn job.
Look it's taco bell alright? Did I go here after being on the road all day and being tired as heck? Yes. Did I wait for over 20 mins for my dine in order after 9 pm? Also yes. Do I care? Meh. Samantha was very nice and kind the whole time during my visit. Food came out fine once it got to me and was decent enough for the time of day on a Friday.

This is the best Taco Bell I have been to. The service is amazing the lady named Linda B is super nice and friendly. The food is good for fast food always made correct and fresh. The seating area is always clean and well decorated. Best fast food by far!
