I mostly go through the drive thru for breakfast at 6:30 am, service is super fast and the morning people are nice.

If i could I wouldn't even rate this fast food place they used to be good and have exceptional customer service now they are rude and unprofessional. I ordered online and got charged but never received my order. I went inside like I was instructed and asked for it and they said they never got it but I was still charged and never given any refund or meal. They told me there was nothing they could do all I could do was reorder and pay more. Highly don't recommend this restaurant people are rude and there is a great chance you won't even receive your food

Terrible customer service, food was gross, lazy employees, didn't put the lid on two of the chili orders. The chili dumped into the bottom of the bag on my way home without me knowing. When I picked up the bag to go into my house the bottom of the bag fell through and the chili dumped out all over my car seats. Tried calling the store multiple times, no one answered. Like I said, lazy employees & horrible customer service!!!

Drive through service needs improvement. They don't want to give you your total until you pull forward, they do not give you your change, they do not give you all of your order something is always missing. Very sad customer service

There is an issue at this Wendy's 😕 Road cones blocking the entrances of the parking lot and the restaurant is dark. It seems like the restaurant is closed for some unknown reason. Impossible to get food at this time.
The bread was very dry like it stayed out too long . Chicken was not fresh and fries were stale . But service was good

i ordered online and they totally messed up my order. i ordered one dave's single with a lettuce wrap & one dave's double regular adding mustard, and they swapped the order! i got a dave's double with mustard in a lettuce wrap. and the service was poor the girl at the window was quite rude. don't recommend

I still can't wrap my head around the mobile app saying, "skip the line, order online". Then when you order online, you have to go through the speaker and wait in line anyways 🤣
