My husband and family we eat at Wendy's quite a bit. Love there chili
Well one night we decided to eat inside normally we do drive thru. We got in door at 9:20. Inside closes at 10 pm. We had plenty of time. Long story short ..the food wasn't that great. The chili was good and soda. The rest was not!!! If I pay money I want it right!! We were eating and talking. They are famous for leaving something out of your bag. It wasn't quite 10 yet and this girl was mopping floor and out of the blue she was so rude. She told us the dining room was closed and that she needed to mop where we were sitting if we could leave. I was floored!! First, it wasn't 10 yet and you don't tell your customers that!! The name on the receipt was Genesis as host. A young girl, but you don't ever act that way with a customer!! Was literally so rude. I told her I'm not quite done but almost. She started slinging water across the floor where we were sitting.. we waited another 5 minutes we left and if it wasn't for my husband she would have been told where to go!!! I've been in there before at around same time and me never been bothered at all. People like that shouldn't be in the public working!!!

I come here all the time for my kids breakfast and the customer service is always great. The only ongoing issue is the English muffin. I always have to ask for it to be heated because it comes out cold.
Today I ordered online and they also messed up the on the sandwiches and again the muffin was not warm. I’m not sure why this keeps happening, but I won’t be ordering breakfast sandwiches anymore.
The manager was helpful and offered to remake everything, which I appreciate, but the constant cold muffins is very frustrating.
Update went back so they can remake the sandwiches and they messed up my order again.

Placed an online order yesterday through the app. Order was confirmed and paided for, confirmed money was taken from my bank account. I get inside to pick up my order due to the amount of cars in the drive thru, a young man asked for the order name and proceed to tell me they do not have it. I waited a little longer and the same man returned to ask what I was waiting for and I said my order and he proceed to get an attitude and seemed annoyed by me being there. He said we dont have it, I said okay can you make it he said no but you can order it again. Why would pay again for the food I didnt receive. He also told me even if I did order again he wasnt sure how long it would take and that he couldn't help me. The app wont give me my money back and the store was not helpful. This is extremely frustrating and I cant believe how rude the staff was and how unwilling to help they were. Out $30 plus no food and rude people. Very disappointing.

The food is always good. The manager Esteban goes above and beyond for his customers and is very kind. Definitely try the brownie batter frosty!

Not coming back to the Wendy’s in Culpeper unless there is a serious change in professionalism and customer service. I travel everywhere and this Wendy’s is by far the sorriest I’ve ever seen in performance.

Wendy's in Culpeper once blamed the new traffic circle for their business taking a hit. So someone reimbursed them with a new building from the ground up. But our town realized something: even with the new building it wasn't making a difference in service. Turns out the answer wasn't build a new Wendy's, it was HIRE a new Wendy's. Once again it is one of my favorite places to go. The service there is better, food is better, the people are nicer, and the fact that it stays busy speaks for itself. I am really happy about that because I have a lot of great memories as a kid with my parents at a Wendy's, and the current staff makes me feel like that never left.
