Not coming back to the Wendy’s in Culpeper unless there is a serious change in professionalism and customer service. I travel everywhere and this Wendy’s is by far the sorriest I’ve ever seen in performance.

Wendy's in Culpeper once blamed the new traffic circle for their business taking a hit. So someone reimbursed them with a new building from the ground up. But our town realized something: even with the new building it wasn't making a difference in service. Turns out the answer wasn't build a new Wendy's, it was HIRE a new Wendy's. Once again it is one of my favorite places to go. The service there is better, food is better, the people are nicer, and the fact that it stays busy speaks for itself. I am really happy about that because I have a lot of great memories as a kid with my parents at a Wendy's, and the current staff makes me feel like that never left.

Customer services suck everywhere you go and the fun when they look at you don't say nothing to you and but you bein wait and where the love at I feel everybody hates each other for what we here now and deal wit all the color shapes we come from

You know it’s a requirement to use your eyes in a restaurant environment, correct? I have gone to this Wendys several times thinking the next time would be different and it never is. My order is always missing ingredients that cost extra. I have DoorDashed a handful of times as well, every time without fail it is missing items. Tonight, my food showed up with only condiments in the bag. Tamper seal was not messed with. We ordered 3 sandwiches and meals. All we got were condiments. This is ridiculous. Guess my family is going hungry tonight, thanks Wendys. It’s not that hard to look at a screen and see what’s 12” away from your retinas.
I ordered a double stack biggie bag. Got home and did not have my burger AND only had 2 yes 2 nuggets in the box. Fries were cold and on top of it all I got a hot drink because they had no ice.

There is NEVER enough counter help, especially bad is the drive thru gets busy. The person taking orders was new and didn't have a clue. I ordered a single with ketchup and cheese. No mustard, pickles or anything else, baked potato with bacon and extra cheese. I got a double burger with pickles, mustard and Bacon! I also ordered a biggie bag with Double burger everything on b it and 4 chicken nuggets. She got A biggie with double patties, double cheese, and the works and 8 nuggets 😋 i didn't get charged for anything I didn't order.

I went earlier this week waited in line 15 min. The line only got longer. Tonight I tried drive thru for a frosty, when I got to window I was told no chocolate only vanilla but it wasn't ready please pull ahead after 10 min wait I left . Neither of these visits were at rush times Next time I'll go across st to McDonald's. Crap food but better service
