All you get is bread and mouth full of mayo and lettuce I think I taste one piece of meat

Rude owner, asked for toppings that I get at every other location with no issues. Was told they only use certain toppings for certain sandwiches and in a condescending tone. Looked online and it states the toppings I requested are to add to ANY sub, wrap or salad. Lettuce was turning brown already and tomatoes were not even close to red. In this area not many options so chose this and will not in the future .

I ordered a tuna sub, now they have the window blocked so you can't watch them put the meat on. I got home and had a tomato and mayonnaise sub no tuna. Worst sub.

Absolutely horrible. Won't answer phone. Won't fix mistakes. Zero accountability. No leadership skills. Blame young workers for their mistakes. Ridiculous ? 3 orders in a row incorrect.

Tonight I spent $30 online on 3 Italian bmt's 1 of them was supposed double meat. I pick them up and get home there is no double meat and there is no ham on the sandwiches. Only salami and pepperoni. I will never order from Cumberland ever again.

Vegetarian options: From their own kitchen, and if not your choice, you still have Subway in the house....

Highly disappointed with the kid on his phone for 10 minutes. When he finally started making the subs, I looked down and noticed how disgusting the cutting boards were, and with products all over the place in the trays. Yeah I had to walk away from that.
