I ordered over $50 of food at Dairy Queen. When I got home, I realized I never got the large order of cheese curds, which was over $7. After being hung up on the first lady I spoke to, I spoke to a second, explained we didn't get the cheese curds, and he said my son could come back and get th order. Once he got there, they said they weren't going to give him the cheese curds or the money back. I spoke with the person who packed the food, and they said I'm not getting a refund or the order of cheese curds because I should have checked the bag when I left and that she put them in the bag.
I love Dairy Queen, but I will never go to this one again.

I’m here at 10:10am on Sunday morning trying to pick up a birthday cake before work but they’re still closed. As I’m typing this I’m seeing an employee enter the store… if your store opens at 10am you shouldn’t be just now pulling up at 10:10am. - never mind.. she explained that they had an emergency. They were very kind.

It’s a DQ so not really a lot to expect or write about. Service is quick and the staff are friendly. Location is a little meh — not a lot of seating space and kind of awkwardly at the edge of a shopping strip.

I got curbside service after work on one of those HOT days. The app said they only had vanilla but I wanted chocolate. I called the store and a very nice lady said she would make sure it was chocolate. GREAT service! Thank you!

This is our favorite Dairy Queen in the area. The service is fantastic. Everyone is always friendly, patient, and very kind. We go for the cones mostly. However we do enjoy the food, for fast food it's not bad.

We visited for a Sunday late lunch. Efficient order taking. Courteous service as they delivered our food orders on trays to our tables. And the place was very clean. Well done, Dale City DQ staff!
