District Small Bites Food Truck and Catering

I attended the Alexandria Black Family Reunion in Old Town today on 6 Sept 2025 and ordered Chicken Tenders and Fries along with a lemonade from the District Small Bites-the food, customer service and presentation was phenomenal! Absolutely the best and most flavorful chicken tenders ever! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

I am a manager at the Trader Joe’s in Springfield. I wanted to throw our crew an appreciation event and I’m so happy that I chose District Small Bites. They arrived on time and were super helpful and inviting. My event couldn’t have been better. Chef Reggie was really communicative and clear about pricing. Chef Eddie was awesome and with the help of his team really impressed our crew with delicious food. Everyone was thoroughly impressed and I 100% recommended choosing this team to cater your event!!

The food truck came to my job today. I ordered the lemon herb salmon sliders and pomegranate lemonade. The salmon I ordered to be cooked to chef's recommendations. It was wonderful! It tasted as if I got it from a restaurant. The lemonade was so good. I didn't expect the food and drink to be as if I was in a fancy restaurant. I would order again and I will look out for the food truck from now on!

The crab fries were out of this world! Perfect munchie for the National Cannabis Festival! 100%

District Small Bites is fabulous! I needed a caterer for my son's graduation party and my friend recommended using this company's food truck: She has worked with Reggie Anderson (the owner) many times and loves his food and company. The park where I was hosting the party didn't allow food trucks, but Mr. Anderson patiently worked with me and my son to come up with a menu of his favorite foods: 4 types of sliders (hamburgers, bacon cheeseburgers, bbq chicken, and vegan), mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and corn. The party was a success. It was the food that guests raved about: so tasty, fresh, and abundant! Mr. Anderson did all of the set up. He brought everything and didn't leave until it was arranged perfectly. His terrific food nourished our guests. Hungry teenagers, who showed up later in the evening, continued to enjoy the food. Thank you so much for helping make this special event much more personal and delicious!

Phenomenal catering — the au jus sliders and fried mac and cheese bites were particularly delicious.

Just found these guys at the Cherry Blossom Festival, and not only is it delicious but it's reasonably priced, which is a rare combo!!! Yum!
Hint - walk to the other side of the toilets to find them - no queues for food!

My husband and I had an opportunity to eat the food at the Grace Covenant Church Fall Fest and it was scrumptious! He had the Shrimp Po'Boy (fresh shrimp) and I had the Cheeseburger. Great food. Reasonable Prices. Great customer service. The District Small Bites team had a great sense of humor and it was ready in a timely manner. Thank you!

I went to a 3 day con. Helping a friend ven her art. We were starving and I was buying. My friend who’s from out of town, never heard of mumbo sauce. They had mumbo sauce wings and fries on the menu.

When I tell you, I asked for them to hook us up so my friend could really get a taste of DC.
They slathered those wings so generously in the sauce. My friend instantly fell in love.
And myself who’s used to mumbo sauce wings and fries. I was done after the first bite.
Saucy wings (whole wings by the way) and the meat was juicy and flavorful to the bone.

Delicious! Had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious salmon slider as well as a vegetarian slider. Fantastic :) Can't wait until the next time they visit my job. <3

Hired Chef Reggie and his food truck for a graduation party and it couldn’t have been a bigger success. We loved the food and Reggie was amazing. Will use District Small bites again!
